We were basically paying for part-time iOS developer a part-time Android developer, plus a part-time UX/UI designer. We followed the scrum process we had already implemented in the product team and the three professionals mentioned above managed to perfectly integrate from the very beginning. Given the long time we worked together, the scope of work included a huge variety of tasks, all you can imagine you would need to launch and improve a successful mobile app.

The product management part was on our side, but they gave us 4 hours a day when they were always available for us. This made us feel like we were all one team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

All professionals I worked with in this company have absolutely impressive skills, both technical and soft. They love what they do and they keep on learning to stay updated. They are great at communicating and they work smoothly in different teams.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Balzo srl could have done differently?

Honestly, I would've loved to keep working with Balzo and expand the collaboration, but unfortunately at the time, they did not have the availability for us. I really believe these guys are top-notch.
