We use Akeneo PIM to manage our products and having a large selection of products we needed an efficient way to make changes to products as close to realtime as possible to stay competitive. Since Akeneo had very limited support and we couldn't justify the jump to Enterprise we looked for some support. We found Webkul who clearly understands the software well.

We were looking for something on an Ad hoc basis and found some supported partners from Akeneo. We reached out to Webkul who had a connector that pushes products from Akeneo to Magento which is exactly what we were looking for and could not find this type of tool anywhere else.

Webkul explained what they would do in detail and they would not mark project complete until we had what we asked for that was still within scope as what was originally discussed. We gave Webkul limited access to our dev environment where they created and setup our Akeneo Connector. We had a chance to test to ensure we had what we asked for.

We have significantly reduced our technical debt by now relying on Akeneo PIM along with the Connector to manage our product offering rather than managing manually through Magento's native way of adding products.

Webkul is very thorough and although their timezone doesn't work with ours most of the time they somehow manage to keep on track and get the projects done in a timely manner. They also keep up with updates as they work through the steps to completion.
