AI Creative Tagging & Classification Automatically classify every paid social asset against a fixed taxonomy and link those attributes to funnel-stage performance. Creative taxonomy across ~15 dimensions (angle, hook, story type, persona, USP, offer, CTA, actor type, funnel stage, motivation, market, format) Automated LLM tagging pipeline (Gemini 3 Flash), output stored against the asset library in Air.inc Scoring model converting hook rate, CTR, CPL, CR and CPA into a comparable 0–100 score, benchmarked per country × product peer group Statistical hardening: winsorized normalisation, multicollinearity checks, omega-squared variable importance, minimum-sample fallbacks Segmented analysis by pet type, format and market Monthly learnings one-pager: which creative variables actually drive performance per funnel stage 2. Balloon Builder / Campaign Builder (CAT system) Turn those learnings into production input — structured, taxonomy-native briefing instead of free-form. Are there any areas for improvement or something AY Automate could have done differently?

The main area for improvement is impact assessment before execution. Changes are made quickly, which is a strength, but speed sometimes replaces the question of whether the change is actually worth making. We'd like to see a more critical filter applied up front: what problem does this solve, what is the expected impact, and is this the highest-value thing to build right now? Concretely, a short impact check before a change is picked up — expected value, effort, and what it replaces — would prevent effort going into changes that look useful but move little. This is a refinement of an otherwise strong way of working, not a fundamental issue: the execution speed is genuinely valuable, it just needs a sharper front-end filter.
