The scope of work focused on improving overall website responsiveness, refining the user interface, and implementing foundational performance optimizations within defined budget constraints. The objective was to ensure a consistent experience across devices, reduce excessive scrolling, and bring the website to a more stable and usable baseline. The team successfully delivered a fully responsive interface across mobile, tablet, and desktop, addressing multiple layout inconsistencies and improving visual structure. Key sections across the website were restructured into more efficient formats (including carousel/slider-based layouts) to reduce scroll length and improve navigation. UI refinements were implemented to enhance clarity, alignment, and overall usability, along with specific fixes such as mobile display issues and layout corrections in previously inconsistent sections. On the performance side, the team completed a range of essential optimizations, including image compression, conversion to modern formats (WebP), implementation of lazy loading for media elements, CSS and JavaScript minification, browser caching, and full-page caching. They also conducted partial backend cleanup to reduce unnecessary load from legacy files and elements created over time. These combined efforts resulted in a measurable improvement in performance, with page load time reduced by approximately 38% (from 36.3 seconds to 22.5 seconds), alongside noticeable gains in both mobile and desktop responsiveness. Overall, the deliverables met the agreed scope and significantly improved the website’s usability and performance baseline. While there are broader structural and hosting-related limitations that may require a more advanced optimization phase in the future, the current work provides a solid and functional foundation.
