What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The frontend app is now used by all of our coaching staff daily and has allowed us to leave regular progress notes for all of our players, which has helped increase our retention. Over the last few months, since Axtra Studios got consistency in these progress notes, we've had our best three months of retention ever for the academy program. Our retention is a couple of percent better than it was at the same time last year.

How did Axtra Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

Axtra Studios has delivered on time and has had very speedy turnaround times. The team is always extremely prompt in their communication. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Axtra Studios' communication is great, and their English proficiency is excellent. The team understands exactly what we want, and we don't have to hold their hand. We can literally just tell them our goals and figure out a way to do them.

I can't think of anything for Axtra Studios to improve.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Axtra Studios achieved 100% success in all the tasks. We doubled our sign-ups, our website traffic exploded, and our completed subscriptions increased by 200%. The website functionality and UI were great, and the subscriptions, campaigns, and plans in the admin were easy to use.
