We hired Axora for the architecture and design part of our system development.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to create a website that allows users to give presents quickly.

How did you select this vendor?

We’ve collaborated with Axora before on another project. Since we liked their work, we decided to hire them for a more complex task.  

Describe the project in detail.

We came up with a map of the main sections of the system, which includes e-commerce functions, email notifications, billing, statistics, and dashboards. Users can send presents like coffee, flowers, food, etc. Our system generates QR codes that recipients can show in shops, restaurants, cinemas, and so on. They can then get the service or product for free because it has already been paid for by the gift giver.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a designer and project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’re still in the process of developing the system, but it’s a great product with plenty of useful functions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was perfect. We had daily meetings to discuss progress and evaluate the results. Axora’s project manager was highly responsive and goal-oriented.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Axora’s flexibility and knowledge were quite impressive. I highly recommend them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, everything was good.

We hired Axora for Front end-part work (page making, scripts) on the development of a corporate website for a client who specializes in e-commerce.

The goal was to develop an effective corporate website on time and budget for our client.

We selected this vendor because of word of mouth. Axora has a great reputation among software development companies in Belarus.

In the very beginning, we had negotiations with Axora. During this period we came up with the scope of work, deadlines, budget, and s.o. When the task and requirements were clear Axora’s developer started working. Project manager from the vendor’s side kept us informed all the time. Axora met the deadline and as a result, supplied us with a developed Front-end part of the website.

The team consisted of a project manager and a frontend developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our client reports that they started receiving more inquiries and, as a result, they got more leads and, eventually, more clients.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were assigned a project manager and it was easy to communicate. He kept us informed and updated. Guys from Axora were really flexible and communicative.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing is that everything was made on a high level and as discussed. The deadlines were met, we stayed within the budget, modern adaptive page making and quick running scripts were used, communication was easy.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It is hard for me to find areas that can be improved. Everything was great.

Mobile marketplace for beginner artists and street musicians

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal was to create the MVP of iOS app to test it on the British and US market

How did you select this vendor?

We chose this vendor through the tender. The technical task was sent to 10 companies, each of which had mobile applications in its portfolio. We had face-to-face meetings with 4 potential vendors and eventually chose Axora. There were companies that are ready to fulfill our order at a lower cost, but our choice was made from the point of view of experience and competence.

Describe the project in detail.

We needed to not only develop an application, but also globally think over the concept of the product, create a complete brand book, make a design and only after that develop the application itself. Key product features: - in the application there are 2 main roles - the listener and the musician - a musician can create his profile, create his own events - street concerts, link a wallet to receive donations from users - live music fans can use live radar to find around themselves concerts on the street, attend them and support novice artists. Working with Axora we received not only high-quality development, but also full creative support. The company's specialists not only completed the tasks assigned to them, but also worked out a plan for the further development of our product for 6 months. This is improbable and so amazing because it took them time to dive into our topic and even conduct a consumer survey.

What was the team composition?

3 people worked on our main task: - iOS developer (middle) - architect (CTO) - personal manager who helped us with the product concept. Before the development, we also worked with a personal manager and designer on the brand book. The director of the company, who was always open to the exchange of experience, was actively involved in the work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

2 months ago the application went to AppStore. More than 1000 people already use it and we constantly receive positive feedback from users. The application is very stable. Design and concept worthy of admiration.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project management was very well built. We used several tools for tracking tasks - for example, Asana. The personal manager correctly prioritized the implementation of technical units. This helped us get a test version of the application earlier than we planned.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

When working with Axora you understand how intellectual management looks in practice. This is a very customer-oriented company, which not only fulfills your technical task but shares its stunning bulk and seeks to train its customers and improve their level.
