I am the PMM at Restream.io – a cloud-based multistreaming solution. It allows users to broadcast the live stream to several streaming platforms simultaneously. Restream has a wide variety of connected platforms – Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Twitch, Mixer, and more than 30+ others.

Recently, we launched our blog and surely the internal images were needed for the articles. This is where Pizdata came to our attention. They've been doing all internal images on our blog posts at restream.io/blog/

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create good-looking design elements to increase users' time on our pages and increase the sharing aspect of the articles.

The company is making all the internal images for our blog. The volume varies from article to article, but I can surely say they create more than 20 images per week.

What was the team composition?

Our colleague is managing the communication and creates clear tasks via their Pizdata dashboard. It's clean and clear.

The communication is always on a high level.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They do almost anything we ask them to do.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Even though their designs are good, I'd say there is room for improvement from the design standpoint. Work with fonts, white space, and how the objects are located.

What were your goals for this project?

Have a good looking website that will be easy for non-technical people to modify, yet allow for precision. Great logo, t-shirt, and business cards.

They were recommended to me by a friend of a friend I trust. I had a long conversation with them, I saw a lot of their work and really liked the founders and their company's work.

They developed website design, logo, t-shirt design, and business card design. They also created the website using Tilda.

2 founders, 1 designer, 1 technical person

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have raised more than $500K+ from investors, hundreds of people applied through our website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We did not use tools and it was pretty informal, but I was satisfied.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Highly customer-oriented founders. They were happy to help with many things outside requirements and ready to fix issues immediately. Treated me like a king and delivered a good product very fast for only few hundred dollars a month.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The design was good, but not world-class, but again it was very cheap, so for that price the design I think was awesome!

They are very responsive and dedicated to customer success. It's clear they are passionate about building Pizdata into a great company, and we're proud to be one of their early customers.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Can't think of much - perhaps expanding services to include HTML/CSS workups of the designs? That would close the loop for us and widen our usage.

I am the owner of Key PPC. We are a Google Ads agency that specializes in helping eCommerce stores make more money with pay per click marketing.

We needed Pizdata to design banner ads for our clients.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed an easy to use service that could create multiple banner ad sets with a quick turnaround.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We met them at our coworking space and they provided the exact solution to our problem.

We worked with Pizdata to talk about exactly how we needed these banner ads designed. We spoke with them about the different sizes, standard and template required. We would provide them the ad copy, images and logos and they would work their magic to put it all together for all the sizes required. They did this very well!

What was the team composition?

We worked with Stacy who communicated with the designers on our behalf. Later we transitioned to their updated project management portal and we were able to give tasks directly to the designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received the banners on time and to a high standard.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The work flow worked well. There was a learning stage in the beginning but once we had the process down and we understood how they worked we were able to provide basic briefs that were effective for Pizdata. With these briefs they were able to quickly deliver the required banner sets for our business.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The incredibly high level of customer service they provided. They always went above and beyond to help us achieve the design we required. They allowed us to use multiple forms of communication and even met with us in person on multiple occasions.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The platform was hard to get used to at the start - it would be fantastic if the notification emails included the messages - that way I can easily see what the designer's response is without needing to log in. I would then just log in if I needed to reply.
