Our company was growing. As we expanded our e-commerce marketing we knew that in house shipping was not going to work anyore. Ineffiicient, costly and would only get worse. I called over a dozen fulfillment companies from the largest to the smallest. I needed a responsive company, not just the cheapest or one with 27 warehouses, but a company that I could reach when needed and understood the needs of a company that is not a Fortune 500 company.
I talked to Krushna, the owner, and liked what he said and so much was about service - for me and the customer - that I felt this was the right place to be. I wanted great servce for the customers so i wanted quick delivery. I wanted a folllow up communication so customers know that their order is being shipped.
I wanted good pricing - both for packaging items but also shipping costs to customers. Abd, lastly and very importantly I wanted to be able to reach out and get answers when I needed them. That's what I insisted upon and after talking to the various companies, I chose Awesome abd there hasn't been a single day go by that I remindf myself what a great choice it was.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have my own criteria for measuring success but the first one always comes down to my customers response to my service. My service includes rapid, efficient delivery. That;s the final part of purchasing our product. If it doesn't arrive in a timely manner, to the right address then it doesn't matter how good my product is. In the last year I can't recall a single problem in delivery. Customers are notified that their package is on the way and everyone is please by the way it is packaged.
I am totally impressed by the speed at which they fill orders. They combine well trained and motivated employees with technology and it gets done. All orders that they receive go out the same day unless it is almost closing time and in those cases it goes out early in the morning.
ast thing I want to ention is how responsive Krushna is to a phone call, email, text. I will get a reponse usually in less than 30 minutes. He has answers quickly and his people react fast when something needs a rush job

As I said previously, they deliver on time and are more resonsive than my own customer service (well, almost). Awesome does a terrific job. They live up to their name. It takes boldness to call yourself Awesome these days, but they are the definition of the word

Their - Krushna's responsiveness to questions or issues that come up. These days it really it amazing when the owner returns calls immediately. No matter the issue. No matter that he has customers substantially larger than us. The quality of their service is terrific. They get it done and its one less thing for me to worry about.

Awesome Solutions 3PL's work has resulted in fulfillment efficiency, inventory management, cost control, and customer satisfaction. They save us time and money from having to handle these operations ourselves. We're a small team, so having one less task to assign to our team is greatly beneficial. Since they handle storage for us, that's another headache gone.

How did Awesome Solutions 3PL perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time while making us feel reassured that everything is going smoothly. We communicate mainly through Slack, where we have a dedicated channel for our brand. We also use phone calls and text messages. We have tiered pricing for storage based on the number of pallets. Shipping prices depend on where the package is being sent.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are on top of everything and are very knowledgeable within this space. Moreover, they're great people and easy to work with.
