Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the CEO and director of R&D at Vaiot Ltd., an AI and blockchain company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Awakast?

We were facing some problems with the AI we were developing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Awakast to solve our problems and develop specific AI solutions for our company. They've worked on AI agents based mainly on GPT-4 and other LLMs. For example, they've created a multi-agent solution for us because we provide AI solutions in the area of law. They’ve also prepared a multi-agent AI lawyer for us and have been using Open AI.

They've also integrated AI into our system and provided post-implementation support. The team has developed software for us, too.

What is the team composition?

We've worked with four people, including three AI specialists and a developer.

How did you come to work with Awakast?

We found them through a referral from another company.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent around €250,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2024, and our relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

All the topics we've given to them have been done perfectly. The team is cost-effective, and the cooperation has been good.

How did Awakast perform from a project management standpoint?

There have been no delays from their side, and everything has been very efficient. The team has kept the deadlines they promised and never exceeded the budget. We're delighted to cooperate with them.

We work on GitHub and Jira and communicate with weekly and daily meetings via Microsoft Teams and email.

I want to give a shout-out to Kasper, their CEO; he is an amazing person. He's talented, engaged, and supportive on every level.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everything they've promised has been delivered on time and within budget. That's really important in cooperation between companies.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could get more specialists on board to cover more complex problems.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Discuss everything at the beginning and go through the main points of cooperation. You’ll get what you ask for at the end.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Awakast was involved in the process since the very beginning. They helped outline the business requirements nad created an implementation plan which they later executed. They have developed web application to monitor real time production plant performance. Ongoing production KPIs are updated live for all running production lines and estimates are provided if the work will be done in time or not. IoT devices, which they have created, were placed around production plant in various production lines. each role - production manager, logistics and management had their own features and responsibilities.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

they have successfully delivered and deployed IoT devices and granted us access to the application. After short introduction we were able to start monitoring production performance in real time and calculate KPIs we have initially decided on.

they managed to fit in foreplaned timespan for the project. There were few challenges down the road which they have actively helped to overcome and find best solution to. Driving a project in iterative manner was new to us but they guided as through.

Courage and putting complicated things simply. Also they suggested KPIs and functionalities we haven't thought would be achievable, but we use them regularly now. They're tech-savvy and business-oriented, which helps them truly understand our project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Awakast could have done differently?

As with any other small company / startup they had challenges around process details. Awakast has matured immensely since we started working with them and continues to do so.
