AvreaFoster has provided Texas Presbyterian Foundation with a broad range of strategic branding, digital, and creative services over time. Their work began with helping TPF rebrand in response to a rapidly changing competitive landscape, developing messaging and visual identity that more clearly expressed who TPF is and how it serves its audiences. They also redesigned TPF’s website to strengthen its digital presence and improve how users engage with the organization online. In addition, AvreaFoster created an online interactive learning tool website and produced a variety of videos to communicate TPF’s mission, values, and services in a clear and compelling way. Eight years later, TPF engaged AvreaFoster again to redesign the website, building on the earlier work to refresh the organization’s online presence and keep it aligned with current needs and expectations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our partnership with AvreaFoster has produced several positive outcomes that demonstrated clear progress and success for TPF, including increased website traffic, stronger brand awareness, improved audience engagement, and a more modern and consistent market presence. The rebrand helped clarify our identity and value in a changing competitive landscape, while the website redesign improved navigation, accessibility, and the overall user experience, making it easier for visitors to find information and engage with TPF’s services. The interactive learning tool expanded digital education and created another channel for meaningful audience interaction, and the videos strengthened storytelling, increased visibility, and helped communicate TPF’s mission in a more compelling and memorable way. Together, these efforts supported greater awareness, stronger connection with key audiences, and increased confidence in our brand and digital platforms. The long-term success of the work is also reflected in TPF’s decision to engage AvreaFoster again eight years later for another website redesign

Although much of AvreaFoster’s work with Texas Presbyterian Foundation was conducted via email, the partnership also included many in-person and phone meetings that fostered a strong, collaborative relationship. Through this consistent engagement, AvreaFoster developed a deep understanding of who TPF is, why it exists, and what it is trying to accomplish, and that understanding was reflected in the quality of the branding, website, digital learning, and video work they provided over time. They consistently delivered on time, responded thoughtfully to our needs, and often anticipated needs before they were even expressed. TPF highly values its relationship with AvreaFoster and regards the firm as a trusted partner that has helped communicate its mission, strengthen its presence, and support its long-term goals.

What we found most impressive and unique about AvreaFoster was the consistently high quality of their work across every aspect of the engagement. From business strategy and brand positioning to UI, design, messaging, and content development, the team brought the whole package. They did not just deliver attractive creative work, they paired strong design with thoughtful strategy and clear communication, ensuring that every piece of these projects supported TPF’s mission and goals. That ability to combine big-picture thinking with excellent execution made AvreaFoster an especially valuable partner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AvreaFoster could have done differently?

While their hand project handoff training and resources are robust, for smaller teams, AvreaFoster could increase these after a website or tool is launched. They do an outstanding job creating strategic and beautifully executded work, and expanded documentation or training sessions could potentially better help streamlined client teams maximize and sustain the value of that work over time.

Avrea Foster completed a comprehensive brand strategy and website development

project with us in 2025. The goal was to clarify brand messaging, enhance visual identity and create a seamless digital experience for its target audiences.  

Specific deliverables included: Brand discovery & recommendations, foundational brand messaging, a visual brand refresh, and a brand new website with 30 new pages and an updated backend editing system in WordPress.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Long-term, we are hoping to see an increase in website to demo conversions. In the short term, we needed a website that clearly communicated our product offerings and felt like a more authentic extension of our brand.

AvreaFoster has always been a very responsive and understanding team. Communication was always clear and on-time, and if there were ever delays, they communicated that ahead of time and the reason why.

I’m the VP of marketing for CommLoan, a commercial mortgage lending technology company. We operate a marketplace platform connecting borrowers, brokers, and lenders into one infrastructure layer.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AvreaFoster has helped us with our brand essentials. This phase requires a crisp articulation of who we are, the category we occupy, and how we differentiate. The deliverables have included brand positioning, core brand narrative, messaging framework, brand architecture, verbal identity guidance, and visual direction. AvreaFoster has also provided website reskin roadmap advisory recommendations. The deliverables have included updated homepage framing and hierarchy, recommended information hierarchy, simplified IA suggestions, borrower/lender/broker landing page guidance, clearer articulation of CUPID’s role in the user journey, and key trust/credibility signals.

AvreaFoster has delivered several messaging iterations, 2–3 visual identity iterations, and the website roadmap deliverable. We’ve received internal stakeholder approval for their work.

How did AvreaFoster perform from a project management standpoint?

We primarily communicate with AvreaFoster through virtual meetings and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

AvreaFoster is very easy to work with, and they’ve gone above and beyond the original scope of work. They’ve given me logo refinement and more versions of the messaging than we originally planned. Overall, they’re very professional and talented.

We needed to rebrand our company and help all employees communicate what Legacy Knight does consistently. We needed better messaging so our audience had a clearer understanding of what we did before meeting with any team member. Overall, we wanted clearer and more concise messaging that gave us a niche in the market, given the saturation of other RIAs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had our four biggest families join post-launch! Client feedback was all positive. We've heard from multiple people that they can better understand our business with the new marketing. 

How did AvreaFoster perform from a project management standpoint?

AvreaFoster delivered on time and efficiently. The team managed expectations exceptionally well and had proactive communication. We had in-person and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

How well AvreaFoster learned and understood our business was impressive. You could tell they spent a lot of time truly recognizing our strengths, competitors, and the overall RIA industry. The team also learned our style and quickly adjusted to how we communicate. It was an extremely positive experience, and we've referred people to them whenever we have the opportunity.

We needed help with marketing and branding.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AvreaFoster helped us develop strategic campaigns targeting meeting planners to drive business for hotels looking to book group business. The team also developed a campaign with AR that leveraged QR codes to direct clients and potential clients to learn more about our offerings. 
Additionally, AvreaFoster developed an app to help our sales team streamline their process and quickly show various hotel options when meeting with a planner based on what they learned in the meeting in real time.
Moreover, AvreaFoster developed new branding and go-to-market strategies for two healthcare businesses. For one of them, the team created a unique two-minute assessment for potential clients to quickly evaluate the savings they would potentially realize based on information they provided. AvreaFoster also built new websites for both companies leveraging the new brand guidelines, content strategy, and lead generation capabilities. 
The team provided logo design, messaging, marketing materials, websites, and other assets that assisted at trade shows.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website traffic grew, and more importantly, it was coming from a more appropriate audience thanks to the content and SEO built into the site. Additionally, one of the healthcare companies we worked with grew 64% over the three years I worked there with AvreaFoster.

How did AvreaFoster perform from a project management standpoint?

AvreaFoster consistently excelled at project management and always ensured they met deadlines and set expectations. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

AvreaFoster was unique in that they dove in to truly understand the market our business competed in and the customer personas we served. This gave them the ability to deliver strategies that set their clients apart in their competitive set and see results measured by their growth.
