Avrea Foster completed a comprehensive brand strategy and website development

project with us in 2025. The goal was to clarify brand messaging, enhance visual identity and create a seamless digital experience for its target audiences.  

Specific deliverables included: Brand discovery & recommendations, foundational brand messaging, a visual brand refresh, and a brand new website with 30 new pages and an updated backend editing system in WordPress.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Long-term, we are hoping to see an increase in website to demo conversions. In the short term, we needed a website that clearly communicated our product offerings and felt like a more authentic extension of our brand. 

AvreaFoster definitely have delivered on both of our goals.

AvreaFoster has always been a very responsive and understanding team. Communication was always clear and on-time, and if there were ever delays, they communicated that ahead of time and the reason why.

The AvreaFoster team has truly listened to us. We have worked with other vendors who we felt didn't quite understand our business needs, but AvreaFoster has been able to nail down targeted messaging for our audience in a way that feels clear and authentic.

I'm the chief of staff at Legacy Knight, an independent family office serving multiple high-net-worth families and family offices.

What challenge were you trying to address with AvreaFoster?

We needed to rebrand our company and help all employees communicate what Legacy Knight does consistently. We needed better messaging so our audience had a clearer understanding of what we did before meeting with any team member. Overall, we wanted clearer and more concise messaging that gave us a niche in the market, given the saturation of other RIAs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AvreaFoster helped us rebrand our logo, colors, website, marketing materials, and messaging. The team also handled the development and launch of the new website.

I found AvreaFoster through an online search. I chose them over other options because they were close to my geographic location, had a great culture fit, were referred to me, and had company values that aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August 2024–July 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had our four biggest families join post-launch! Client feedback was all positive. We've heard from multiple people that they can better understand our business with the new marketing. 

How did AvreaFoster perform from a project management standpoint?

AvreaFoster delivered on time and efficiently. The team managed expectations exceptionally well and had proactive communication. We had in-person and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

How well AvreaFoster learned and understood our business was impressive. You could tell they spent a lot of time truly recognizing our strengths, competitors, and the overall RIA industry. The team also learned our style and quickly adjusted to how we communicate. It was an extremely positive experience, and we've referred people to them whenever we have the opportunity.

I was Director of Marketing at a hospitality company and VP of Marketing at two healthcare companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with AvreaFoster?

We needed help with marketing and branding.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

AvreaFoster helped us develop strategic campaigns targeting meeting planners to drive business for hotels looking to book group business. The team also developed a campaign with AR that leveraged QR codes to direct clients and potential clients to learn more about our offerings. 
Additionally, AvreaFoster developed an app to help our sales team streamline their process and quickly show various hotel options when meeting with a planner based on what they learned in the meeting in real time.
Moreover, AvreaFoster developed new branding and go-to-market strategies for two healthcare businesses. For one of them, the team created a unique two-minute assessment for potential clients to quickly evaluate the savings they would potentially realize based on information they provided. AvreaFoster also built new websites for both companies leveraging the new brand guidelines, content strategy, and lead generation capabilities. 
The team provided logo design, messaging, marketing materials, websites, and other assets that assisted at trade shows.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website traffic grew, and more importantly, it was coming from a more appropriate audience thanks to the content and SEO built into the site. Additionally, one of the healthcare companies we worked with grew 64% over the three years I worked there with AvreaFoster.

How did AvreaFoster perform from a project management standpoint?

AvreaFoster consistently excelled at project management and always ensured they met deadlines and set expectations. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

AvreaFoster was unique in that they dove in to truly understand the market our business competed in and the customer personas we served. This gave them the ability to deliver strategies that set their clients apart in their competitive set and see results measured by their growth.

I didn't think there was anything they could improve on.
