We needed to develop a SaaS alternative to an internal application we used for consulting services.

We found the IncluIT business model, deep understanding of the .NET software stack, skillset of their resources fitted perfectly with our needs.

The SOW included understanding our current software environment and accommodating the future product evolution and development into our SaaS new platform.

we had two people assigned to the project. One high-level software architect and one senior software developer.

This was an ongoing project. All milestones were addressed and delivered on time and with the quality we needed. the SCRUM model we put in place allows us to adapt and improve as it was needed.
