We were impressed with their flexible and customer-oriented approach. Team is very friendly and available round the clock. Always follow the project timelines and timely interventions from the senior leadership helps to achieve all deliverables even before time. Few positives are:

They built relationship with us. Many things which were not part of the project. However, they done it without anything given for our side. Reason, to create best modules which gave us sense of family feeling.
