Project management has been consistently strong throughout our collaboration. Deliverables are completed on time, and we always have a clear picture of what is being worked on and when. What stands out most is their ability to understand our business context and work within it. They do not push unnecessary complexity or over-engineer solutions to demonstrate technical capability. Instead, they focus on what actually makes sense for us, pragmatic, maintainable, and fit for purpose. For a small, owner-operated business, that mindset is genuinely valuable.

Nothing comes to mind. And if something did, I would address it directly with the team rather than flag it here. That is the kind of working relationship we have built.

I love Aurora Creation's transparency where all time spent on the project is clearly described and logged in. Furthermore, the idea of sprints and work process explained in detail was very convincing and looked as they described it.

In workshops, we have discussed all obstacles that can appear during the implementation of our design. The knowledge of the Magento was clearly visible. They know about small things that other vendors miss or are even unconscious of.

The main point of contact was the Project Manager, who also has a very good knowledge of technology and solutions used in Magento. That saved a lot of time and frustration. Each Front-end and Back-end task included a dedicated person, 4 people to sum up. We were smoothly finishing one task after another.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

From the functional side, I was aware of how it can work, so the goal was to make a 1:1 implementation, so the final shop will look as good as on the project. Fortunately, they did a great job and I was delighted with the final results with close to none of the amendments.

We kept project management on TeamWork which I enjoyed. It is intuitive to work on so I was not forced to ask where I can find something. PM was in constant contact with me on TeamWork or on the phone when there was a need to discuss something urgently.

Transparency and that they keep what they promised. I have had enough of vendors, which promised all pie in the sky. I was looking for concise and to-the-point answers to my questions. That is what I got in Aurora.

I do not see anything like that at this point.

A lot of extra functionalities and fixes for old problems that were created over time. Also clear recommendations and good communication. When something doesn't work properly or might contain a bug, the support is very quick and adequate.

The tasks will be estimated accurately. In some cases it might be below estimation regarding the necessairy hours. Sometimes when the scope of work changes it might exceed the estimation a little bit, but that will usually be due to a lot more work (bigger scope of work). That makes it transparent.

We searched the web and contacted them asking for an estimate of time and costs of tasks to be undertaken. Triumphed over another vendor with ease of communication and auto-presentation.

We started with an audit. After agreeing to the terms we presented a diagram presenting our vision of how different elements should connect in the database. Next step was to prepare a dev environment with said vision. With new, updated version prepared we noticed some missing features which then were promptly added by Aurora. Now, we're in phase of testing and migrating the old database. Last, but not least throughout the whole project we keep in touch via brief video calls.

Only today we were approached and offered additional services which could make our lives easier, namely easier management of our brands websites. We're open to suggestions, especially when it can streamline our work and make it more efficient.
