Atomise was contracted to design and develop an experiential demo platform that fully showcases the Patrons Nest concept, both in form and function. The objective was to create a visually compelling and user-friendly experience that could not only demonstrate the product vision but also collect real-time use case data to validate the business model for potential investors.

Key deliverables included:

• A fully interactive demo platform aligned with the brand and creative brief
• Functional components to showcase the core features of Patrons Nest
• Data collection mechanisms to capture user interaction and use case behaviour
• An integrated Expression of Interest (EOI) feature for onboarding potential partner clubs and organisations

Atomise delivered all elements to a high standard, exceeding creative expectations and building a platform that is both intuitive and technically sound. Throughout the project, they maintained an inclusive and collaborative approach, actively communicating challenges and involving me in key stages of development. 1. Website visits — validating early interest and platform appeal
2. Signed Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from clubs across football, rugby, and cricket.
3. Data capture functionality successfully implemented, providing behavioural insights and early use case validation
4. Seamless onboarding experience, confirming that the user journey is intuitive and platform-ready for wider rollout
5. The demo has also become a critical asset in investor discussions, clearly communicating the product vision and validating core business assumptions

• API infrastructure review/high level plan:
  • Consider the structure of open API's required to enhance the application connectivity
  • Consider staging layer of data to maximise data management
• UI assistance:
  • Provide additional UI support to continue planned updates to existing screens
  • Provide additional UI support to remove MobX where requested
  • Provide additional UI support to address low-medium priority bugs
  • Provide additional UI support to provide new screen data alongside back-end development release, in line with existing infrastructure and designs.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team were extremely professional and got up to speed incredibly quickly. They worked well alongside the existing team and enhanced the overall project within a couple of weeks. The required support was minimal due, in part to our set up, but mainly due to the Atomise team's efficiency. 

• We saw a rapid rate of BUG and Story completion
• Demonstrations to new clients were positively impacted with more standardisation of screens across system and more features being exposed to the UI
• User experience improved dramatically

The project management was delivered on time, there was ultimite flexibility to our needs and our conflicting commitments, any problems encountered were openly discussed with solutions from both sides to maximise efficiencies and cost benefits.
