Atlas Transform

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm an executive at My Job Fixers, a human-led job application service where real experts manually apply to high-fit roles on your behalf, tailoring every resume and cover letter to get you interviews faster than AI bots ever could.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Atlas Transform?

We needed help architecting and building our platform's frontend and backend.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Atlas Transform has designed and developed the new platform for myJobFixer, delivering three core interconnected modules that power our human-led job application service. The platform has been built using Next.js + Prisma + PostgreSQL, with a custom internal expert interface to support our operations.

• Client dashboard and onboarding module (end user): This module serves as the primary interface for job seekers. Atlas Transform has delivered a seamless onboarding flow where clients upload resumes, set job preferences, and purchase credits via Paystack integration. Key features include a real-time application tracker showing company details, status updates, tailored CVs, cover letters, and expert notes; an in-app messaging system for direct communication with support/experts; and automated transactional email notifications via Resend for application updates and credit alerts.
• Expert operations interface (internal tool): Atlas Transform has built a custom, secure internal dashboard for our application experts. This module includes a client assignment queue, a streamlined 'Log Application' form that captures job URLs, company names, customized CV uploads, and outreach details, and automatic credit deduction logic upon submission. It also tracks individual expert performance metrics, including applications completed and earnings accrued, ensuring accurate compensation and operational transparency.
• Admin oversight and business management module: The admin module provides complete visibility into platform health and business operations. Features include a live feed of all logged applications across clients and experts, real-time monitoring of client credit balances and low-credit alerts, expert performance analytics, and manual credit adjustment capabilities for support cases. This module ensures QC, financial accuracy, and the ability to intervene when necessary without disrupting the client or expert experience.
