Full-theme Shopify build – Re-coded the entire storefront to match our new brand identity (type, color, iconography). Responsive for desktop, tablet, mobile.

Modular component library – 15 reusable Shopify “sections” (hero, USP band, product carousel, testimonial slider, etc.) with drag-and-drop controls so the marketing team can build pages without dev help.

Performance + SEO optimization – Lazy-loading, asset minification, image CDN (WebP/AVIF), Core Web Vitals tuning, semantic HTML, structured data.

Third-party app integrations – Klaviyo, Recharge, Yotpo—all tested end-to-end with no checkout conflicts.

Data + content migration – Ported products, collections, blog, and customer data; implemented 301 redirect map to protect SEO equity.

QA & cross-device testing – Manual device lab + BrowserStack (iOS, Android, major browsers) and accessibility scan (axe-core); all P1/P2 issues resolved pre-launch.

Admin training & documentation – Recorded walkthrough, PDF quick-start guide, and Loom videos for each module; client now handles 80 % of updates in-house.

Post-launch support window – 30 days of on-call bug fixes and minor enhancements, all within agreed SLAs.

Despite the New York–India time difference, they arranged hand-offs so smoothly that progress never stalled—overnight for us meant morning updates waiting in Slack. Clear, prompt Slack communication (with dedicated threads for design, dev, and QA) ensured questions were answered within hours and decisions were logged for easy reference, making the entire build feel virtually real-time.
