Shop staff manage appointments through a centralized web dashboard with calendar views, editing controls, and scheduling rules.
The system integrates two-way with shop management systems and the CRM to keep customer and appointment data in sync.
Key deliverables include an online booking interface, admin dashboard, automated notifications, system integrations, and reporting tools.

It also established scalable, secure cloud infrastructure and robust internal admin tooling that improved system reliability, operational efficiency, and the ability to safely deploy and monitor new features.
