IEG Global Association (IEG) was founded in 2012. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we provide students with financial challenges to receive equal opportunities to participate in all of our Programs. At IEG, we strive to make a difference in this world via education.

We understand there are numerous so-called “short-term top university programs”, where in fact, they are mere “short-term vacation tours”. IEG works directly with top universities to develop challenging programs for students. We don’t believe grades should be the only key indicator on whether you could attend these programs, but more on whether you have the “passion to learn and excel”. Therefore, if you are someone who has a lot of passion to learn and excel, we welcome you to apply to one of our programs!

 The goal is to create a more user-friendly interface, optimize performance, and add features that align with the needs of our target audience. This project will involve both front-end and back-end improvements to ensure the site is intuitive, easy to navigate, and highly functional.

The measurable outcomes from the project include the addition of new features, increased user engagement, and improved page load speed. Additionally, user feedback indicated higher satisfaction with the new features and overall site usability.

The project management was good. They consistently delivered items on time and were highly responsive to our needs. They communicated effectively, ensured all requirements were met, and were proactive in addressing any concerns.

I'm the CEO of a small roasting company in Italy. We sell coffee and other related products.

We switched our e-commerce from Shopify to Mangento 2 and we hired Ascuretech to develop and customise the new e-commerce.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor based on a reccomendation. The deciding factors were the good impression they made and the reliability of the person we trust.

We started the collaboration by testing the company: we gave them 3 tasks to be done in a defined amount of time. The tasks were successfully completed and so we decided to proceed with the development of our e-commerce with them. Overall is one project with one goal but, to make it easier on both sides, we decided to split the big project into smaller projects with three or more tasks to be done in a specific amount of time and budget to allow a better control and management of the project.

We were mainly in contact with one person, a developer, who's still following our project.

The e-commerce is still being developed but there were some issues that were solved and that allowed the e-commerce to give a better user experience.

We communicate daily with the developer in charge of our project on different platforms: email, Skype and such

It's nice how reliable and fast they are in getting tasks done.

I asked for a complete website from start to finish. The key deliverables were a fully functioning custom shop where customers would find it simple to select the product they wanted, whilst also being able to customise some products in the catalogue. I asked for the website to be simple and elegant whilst still giving a professional feel.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We assessed each deliverable through milestones that were met in a timely manner and signed off by me when I was 100% happy with the work completed. Whilst there were no timelines set, Deepak was still quick to complete his work and move onto the next task. All work was completed within deadline.

Deepak was in constant contact with myself. He answered all queries within 12hrs if not instantly. There were no issues whatsoever with delays or not meeting deadlines.

I was most impressed with the direct communication between myself and the company. Deepak was extremely flexible with me and was also very patient. Whilst sometimes the language barrier caused misunderstanding, Deepak worked hard to find the route issue and resolve.
