I am the CEO of a Madrid based game development studio. We are a remote-first company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Asamby Consulting?

We had to expand our team and operations, and our previous hiring process and operational workflow wasn't efficient enough for our increased size. We hired Asamby Consulting to help us to develop a new recruiting process, including scoring, onboarding and further development of our employees and also to adapt our previous operational processes to embrace more team members in a remote workflow.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to achieve a better recruiting process, and a good plan to onboard and keep talent.

How did you select Asamby Consulting?

We posted jobs online searching for HR consultancy to help us to improve our hiring processes, but we also noticed we would need further help improving our Operations. We hired Asamby because they proved to be valuable in many areas of our business, not only recruiting.

Once we hired Asamby, Benjamin quickly engaged to understanding how our current processes were and what goals we had. We hosted weekly meetings to determine goals and Asamby quickly started to produce useful and organised outcomes with templates, examples and insights for every part of the process.

What was the team composition?

We worked with Benjamin the entire time. He was very responsive, fast, efficient, and proactively looking forward to provide added value.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've started using his templates and resources for the onboarding process of new employees with great outcome and this was only one part of his job. We are really excited to implement the whole plan designed by Asamby.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their quick understanding of what we needed allowed a truly fast and fluid workflow.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Asamby worked extremely fast and efficiently, and their obsession for an organised and defined workflow produced processes and systems easy to understand and easy to implement.

We were also impressed by their proactiveness, and their ability to dig for the right information and ask the right questions, which made us to discover other important parts of the process we didn't paid enough attention.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We can't see any areas of improvement to note. We will be more than happy to work with Asamby again in the future. We can't recommend them enough to anyone looking to improve their operations.

I am an owner of a company that provides science editing and writing to the plant cell biology research community.

For what projects/services did your company hire Asamby Consulting, and what were your goals?

We needed help figuring out a useful layout and delivery system to get editing guidelines to our freelance editors.

How did you select Asamby Consulting and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for information design experts and, after narrowing it down to 3, we chose Asambly Consulting because they went beyond just design. In addition to proposing a workable solution to desing, they recommended approaching it as a change project, in terms of getting our editors to use the information we give them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a kickoff chat and shared the systems we were currently using. Benjamin also had chats with two of our editors who use the systems. He set up a google sites template for us to populate and tested and tweaked it as we tested it. He also made sure we knew how to update/maintain the sytem.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are thrilled with the template and our editors are excited to use it once we have it fully populated.

He was friendly, responsive, and approachable. He was also very conscientious in communication and timelines. We slowed the project down with out own slow responses, but he was always on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quick understanding of what we needed and how we might look at the project was impressive!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nope.

I am a Co-Founder of a digital education and marketing company. We have around seven contractors that work for us and all are remote. We develop online educational courses and perform all of the sales and marketing promotions.

Since all work in our company is remote having well defined processes and systems with checks and balances is very important to our efficiency. We hired Asamby Consulting to help us develop our systems, checklists, processes, reports and evaluation systems for all of our core business processes.

What were your goals for this project?

We want to see our production, sales and client experience all grow from the efficiency these streamlined systems bring to the business. We also want the systems to help the company scale in size and make the addition of new employees/contractors more efficient.

How did you select Asamby Consulting?

Our team posted jobs online to fill this job. We initially searched through dozens of applications and then narrowed it down to three applicants that we interviewed. Asamby instantly stood out in the interviews and it was an easy choice to select them for the job.

Describe the project in detail.

Once we hired Asamby, Benjamin first spent time getting to know how our business ran and what our goals were. We decided on a logical order for tackling the most important projects and then Benjamin lined up meetings with our staff to obtain their insights on how our process could best be developed.

We hosted meetings at least once a week to determine goals and Asamby took direction from management as well as the staff on all steps of development. Throughout every stage of development Asamby was extremely engaged and responsive with the entire team.

What was the team composition?

We worked with Benjamin the entire time. He was easy to contact and very responsive. Always willing to go out of his way to get things done in a timely manner and always looking for ways to bring more to the table when it came to the service he delivered.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For the past 6 months while using the systems developed by Asamby we have been able to increase productivity tremendously and off-load many of the routine task from the management to our contracts without loosing any quality of work.

We have been able to measure and track performance like never before as well as scale the size of our staff and train new members quickly and easily on the systems needed to continue the growth of our company. We have also been able to internally scale our processes and systems using the foundation that Asamby laid for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our team loves the organization and direction the new systems and processes bring to the company.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I loved the innovation that Asamby brought to our company. They did an excellent job of looking at our problems and issues and finding a solution that was easy to use with our entire staff. Asamby brought ideas and solutions that our team would have never been able to develop or execute.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don't see any areas of improvement to note. Myself, other Co-founders and our staff all enjoyed working with Asamby and would recommend them of anyone looking for help with business process and systems.
