I started a website design using Squarespace templates but knew that I needed more detailed SEO keywords and a better format. Kristin was able to help revamp my design and add the necessary formats of photos and verbiage so that my website would populate on google searches.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Kristin had told me to expect to wait 6-9 months before I would see  an increase in clients reaching out via the web, and actually within just 4 short months, I noticed a difference!

She was very responsive and listened to my needs and wants for the website while sticking true to my brand. She also added q & a aspects to my website that has proven to be valuable for what clients like to see.

I'm the CEO and owner of Ananta Energy Source. We're an energy procurement company that specializes in procuring energy in deregulated energy states.

For a website redesign.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected this vendor based on her feedback and input in our website review. I appreciated her knowledge and experience for website design and development. I appreciated her suggestions and solutions she had in place. Additionally, she's very well organized, punctual, and extremely professional.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After a discovery call in May 2021, Kristin was able to provide a review of our website. This review included a report that provided a solid pulse of where our website was back then. She also provide steps to improve it and fix several errors that were present on the website. She worked closely with our Creative Director on copy, content, and design, and to-date, our site receives exceptional reviews and is ranking pretty great on Google.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ranking high on Google. Clean flow of content and copy. The site is fast and moving smooth.

It was exceptionally effective. We were able to work virtual and held a meeting in person for specific pages that were developed further.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was very impressed with their knowledge of both website design and development. I was very pleased with her knowledge of SEO, marketing, and social media management. Her knowledge with Google resources is very impressive.

Nope, we're exceptionally grateful.

To design our logo. And then to update our logo.

What were your goals for this project?

Design a logo that has some pop and a new color scheme.

Facebook recommendation. Then a follow-up.

I reached out to Artisan expressing a new update in our logos color scheme. Sent over a few color options I was considering. Artisan then sent over a few mock-up with different options. I selected the option I liked the most. Artisan followed up by sending over the final files with different formatting.

What was the team composition?

It was solely me working with the Artisan owner/designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Being able to update our logo two years later shows the consistency Artisan offers. Artisan Launchpad makes the customer feel worthy and takes in the customer's ideas into consideration. Artisan makes them easy to work with.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely effective. Immediate communication. Honest opinions. Lastly, quick turnaround time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The fact that they are still willing to work with a customer two years following the original collaboration.

To create a cosmetically-appealing website that was user-friendly and generated leads for our business

How did you select this vendor?

I've known Kristin at Artisan LaunchPad for 6 years - she's always told me about the work she did, and after viewing her portfolio I felt she would be a good fit for our needs.

Describe the project in detail.

It started with a sit-down with Kristin so she could get to know our business better. Once we provided an overview, we received a sheet that Artisan Launchpad supplied to help us organize the content.

After receiving the information Kristin had a first draft to us in a matter of days. We made a few minor tweaks here and there, but most of that was adjust our content. 

The layout of everything was extremely clean, and I appreciated the guidance on how to make sure our SEO was done properly to ensure we would show up when people searched for services we provided.

What was the team composition?

Kristin was the only person we worked with - she did have a photographer and writer available in the event we needed copy or better photos, but we were able to get it done without either. It was a very simple process, and she handled anything and everything we threw at her.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I learned about the Alexa Ranking System through Kristin - I do have another business, and that website was done with another company. I was disappointed once I saw the lack of traffic we received the way it was set up.

However, it made me appreciate it that much more when we launched the BCC website and I received leads after they searched Google for my services. She was great at telling us what content we should be providing and how often to make sure we continued to get traffic to our site.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was straightforward - Kristin told us what she needed from us, we provided it, and she handled the rest. We did have a few tweaks we requested here and there and her turnaround time on those adjustments was fantastic.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I've worked with plenty of web developers that can make a site that looks good - I really appreciated her expertise on how to get traffic to the page. A nice looking website does nothing if people can't find it, and her knowledge of the SEO was something I admittedly had no idea about prior to working with her.

I also appreciated her interest in really getting to know my business partner and I's goals for the company - she really went above and beyond to make sure at the end of the day, the website was a reflection of who we are and what we stand for.

I also felt like the cost was extremely reasonable given the personal attention we received - I would be surprised if someone could offer more bang for the buck.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I have no areas of improvement to supply. It was a great experience working with Kristin, and Artisan Launchpad is working on a 2nd website for us as we speak!
