Agency was asked to create a new brand based on target clients, values, and positioning. The brief required the brand to be (i) trustworthy with regulators, (ii) appealing to target clients, and (iii) usable in Canada, Europe, and the Gulf. 

Key deliverables were a unique brand which was easy to pronounce, differentiated in the market, had available URLs and ability to trademark. The project was to be completed to a 4 week schedule, with outputs published in a brand manual for staff, designers, etc to reference.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The agency ran a structured approach, with each phase building on the last.

1. online questionnaire outlining the parameters. 
2. discovery workshop with separate sessions on business goals, brand persona, competitor analysis, value proposition, etc built a strong foundation. 
3. second workshop to develop the brand pillars, tone of voice, and story. 
4. Final workshop to discuss brand longlist and iterate to best outcome. All materials were made available using Miro, allowing us to view progress and test on colleagues and externals.

Artifact demonstrated excellent technical knowledge of branding and of the Neobank sector. I also valued their approach, which was well thought through - each session was planned in advance and very effective as a result. The team was always contactable, honest in their opinions, and patient to work through challenges as they arose.

Website design of a page presenting 100 historic colourized photographs in a layout presenting all images. By clicking each photo you enter to a subpage with a bigger image, transitioning from black and white to a colourized one. Additional you may discover there museum’ s objects relating to the ones visible in the photo, with a detailed description. Below the photograph, a link to a World War 2 aerial photograph showing where the colourized photograph was taken. Another section of the website direct you to a short movie – making of a project of colourizing old photography. Edited content. Polish and English language version. Implementation, hosting, search engine optimisation.

We're in the process of planning the promotion of the website at the most convenient time.

Very collaborative, listening to the client's needs, but also coming up with design and usability solutions that we didn't know about as a team from historical branch, not knowing much about the 'web industry'. The team was always on time with their deliverables and communicated consistently.
