We've kicked off our engagement with Arrow3media through a scoping phase, wherein we've relayed our design and functionality preferences to their team. Arrow3media has then designed our logo and built our website from the ground up, implementing the features we need.

Arrow3media has taken our needs into great consideration and delivered solutions that have addressed those. Overall, they're a professional partner that collaborates well with our internal team.

How did Arrow3media perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls. Arrow3media is a responsive team that responds to our queries and delivers on time and budget.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We're most impressed with their reliable delivery rates and great accommodation to our change requests.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Since Arrow3media is still a young company, they can benefit from refining their development skills to improve the quality of their deliverables.

Understand their workflow and build an open collaboration with them.

I’m the managing director of a microfinance institution. We offer loans and investment services to individuals and businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with Arrow3media?

We were trying to get more customers through our online channels so we hired Arrow3 to help us with our digital marketing efforts. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Arrow3 is managing our social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. For our social media pages, they’re in charge of content management and creation. Once they generate the content we need, they share it with us for approval. They’re also in charge of designing graphics, and they create paid ads. 

We also hired them to redesign our old website. Recently, they've integrated online payments into our platform. 

What is the team composition?

We work with four people, and our main point of contact is Emmanuel (Digital Marketing Analyst).

How did you come to work with Arrow3media?

We went through Arrow3’s proposal. Then, we invited them for discussion and we chose the team because they were a group of young people so that helped us bond with them. 

How much have you invested with them?

In total, we’ve spent less than $5,000. We spend $100 every month on social media. Then, Arrow3's design services and paid ad efforts are a separate cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2020, and we continue to collaborate. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

With Arrow3’s work, our social media pages have been quite active for the past year. Additionally, our customer engagement has grown through the team’s graphics and content. They’ve also been instrumental in allowing us to have new customers and in changing the outlook of our company.

How did Arrow3media perform from a project management standpoint?

The team is communicative; they quickly respond and they ask questions. We stay in touch through WhatsApp. However, on a scale of 100%, I’d rate their timeliness between 75%–80% because there have been times when we needed to move up some dates because of some delays. We also don’t use any project management tool. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Arrow3 is creative, and they’ve done a lot of research in our particular industry. That makes them quite unique because when we give them a project, they look for everything. Then, they come back to us with a finished product. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can improve their timeliness because sometimes deadlines have been a bit delayed. Constant follow-ups on their progress can also be helpful in our engagement. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Let them know what your project requires so that Arrow3 will know what they’re supposed to do. Overall, they deliver beyond expectations.
