He transformed a brand from '93 into a fresh one. He started from scratch with everything that a brand needs, like messaging, branding and everything that we need.

He figure everything out from his first try, because he pays a huge amount of attention to the details. We were really surprised when we hadthe first meeting based on this project, because we wasn't expected that he could understand everything we wanted. That's because we had way to many ideas, but he surprised us.

All tasks are always accomplished within the deadline. He's still helping us if we are in need of something and in the busy days we are waiting like 3-4 minutes until he gives us an answer.

Prior to list some of our products in a major international retail chain we had to redesign our labels in order to meet the current standards for label and overall product design.

After several trials with our internal designer we decided to look for fresh ideas outside the company. We looked for a team with good track records in our target market and with excellent references.

Firstly they conducted a prospective interview in order to better understand the needs. Secondly they did their own analysis on competitors' products design, to place the project in our market context. Afterwards they managed an internal workshop to understand our brand NDA and business objectives. In the end the company came with 2 rounds of design proposals, doing fine tunings until we were completely happy with the results
