Ongoing digital advertising and social media management for a gaming and collectible trading card webshop. Google Ads: Search and Shopping campaign management built around product and category demand (consoles, TCG boosters and boxes, accessories), continuously optimized toward revenue and transactions, currently the account's top-performing channel by revenue. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads: conversion and catalog-based campaigns for product launches and promotions, plus regular boosting of organic posts and Reels to support reach and engagement. TikTok Ads: Catalog Sales campaigns promoting the product catalog and client-supplied video content, a channel that has grown quickly and started generating direct transactions. Social media coordination: scheduling and boosting content tied to product drops and community events (e.g. TCG prerelease tournaments), kept in sync with the client's marketing calendar.

Multi-market digital marketing for a specialist ophthalmology hospital group operating clinics in Zagreb, Split, Slovenia and Sarajevo, with a separate account, language and budget structure for each market. Google Ads / PPC: account restructuring by service line and market across Search and Performance Max, plus a YouTube video layer, with continuous bidding, budget and search-term management aimed at lowering cost per enquiry. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads: always-on traffic and awareness campaigns, post promotion, creative direction and audience strategy, with budget split managed between the two platforms. TikTok and Reddit: campaign setup and scaling in newer channels to reach audiences the search channels do not, measured against the same enquiry benchmarks. SEO: keyword and content work for core ophthalmology services, meta tags, and the technical side of the new website launch including redirect mapping and indexation. Work also covered conversion tracking, per-market Looker Studio dashboards and monthly performance reporting with recommendations for each following month.

I’m the CEO of a software development company. We focus on business process automation, UX/UI design, and scalable digital solutions to help businesses grow and operate efficiently.

We needed support with SEO and analytics for our client, for whom we delivered an e-commerce platform. The big challenge was replacing an existing website with a new one, which required a lot of care.

The team has also worked on the menu, redirects, URL, and data structure before going live with the new platform. Arbona has provided written reports, technical documentation, and implementation documentation, which we’ve used with our technical team.

Arbona has delivered documents, page speed optimization, and technical SEO and structure work of top quality. Although we don’t have any specific metrics or data points yet, I believe the qualitative improvements will be huge.

The goal of this project was to grow qualified enrollment inquiries for Ambitio College, an adult-education institution offering requalification, professional development and vocational training programs (healthcare occupations such as dental assistant and pharmacy technician, tourism and hospitality roles, workshops and e-courses) by driving targeted traffic through Google Ads and Meta and building program awareness among working adults considering a career change.

The key deliverables were qualified lead volume from Google Ads and Meta (form submissions, calls, email inquiries), cost per lead across both channels, session and traffic growth (MoM and YoY), and reach and engagement on boosted social content.

Google Ads: Search campaign management structured around individual program categories (healthcare requalifications, professional development courses, vocational and tourism training, workshops), continuously optimized toward qualified enrollment inquiries. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads: lead-generation and awareness campaigns promoting specific programs and enrollment deadlines, alongside boosting of organic content to support reach among the target adult audience. The engagement also included GA4 conversion tracking audits to ensure lead reporting accurately reflects genuine enrollment inquiries rather than inflated engagement signals.

In accordance with the project objectives, they proposed suggestions during the campaign to improve or strengthen the results.
