Multi-market digital marketing for a specialist ophthalmology hospital group operating clinics in Zagreb, Split, Slovenia and Sarajevo, with a separate account, language and budget structure for each market. Google Ads / PPC: account restructuring by service line and market across Search and Performance Max, plus a YouTube video layer, with continuous bidding, budget and search-term management aimed at lowering cost per enquiry. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads: always-on traffic and awareness campaigns, post promotion, creative direction and audience strategy, with budget split managed between the two platforms. TikTok and Reddit: campaign setup and scaling in newer channels to reach audiences the search channels do not, measured against the same enquiry benchmarks. SEO: keyword and content work for core ophthalmology services, meta tags, and the technical side of the new website launch including redirect mapping and indexation.
