Created our ecommerce website and custom POS. As an outdoor kitchens and bars company, we do not follow the typical flow of adding products to a shopping cart and checking out. We required the ability for our sales reps to be able to build a custom package and sell it as a single price with a lot of flexibility.

We also have a high average ticket which requires us to have a lot of dynamic pages to our sales agreement based on what the customer purchased. There were a lot of custom features that needed to be implemented.

The project involved creating a user-friendly website with advanced search and filtering capabilities, seamless integration with our inventory and order management systems, and secure payment processing. 
The platform was also designed to be fully responsive, SEO-optimized, and included multilingual support to cater to our diverse customer base.

The new eCommerce platform opened a new sales channel, allowing us to reach a broader audience and increase our revenue streams. It enabled us to present our complete product range online, ensuring customers have access to our full inventory, including hydraulic breakers, shears, grabs, excavator buckets, and spare parts.

Additionally, the platform has significantly increased the visibility of the DHB brand on the internet. Through SEO optimization and a user-friendly interface, our website now attracts a higher volume of organic traffic. This has resulted in a dramatic increase in the number of page views on our website, dhbpolska.com, showcasing the success of the project in enhancing our online presence and customer engagement.

The new app improved significantly our brand and how is it perceived by our customers. We are not only the only company on the market (in our niche) that is able to provide such an experience to their customers.

Also, many questions customers were asking, like: will it fit, what is the best color for my interior, etc disappeared due to fact we have this solution. It also improves the conversion rate on our website.
