Phase 1: ideation/design/UX: brainstorming meetings, prototype iteration, design iteration Phase 2: development The Brisk team assisted us in designing and developing the MVP of app on a standard platform.

It is now simply a web-based software, but we are exploring developing a mobile version in the future. After signing up or logging in, customers may add their various accounts, such as savings or checking accounts, to the app.

They may also add revenue and spending items, as well as move funds across accounts. It offers a user dashboard that displays several personal money KPIs as well as computed account balances.

I believe around 4-5 team members: A dedicated client success representative, 1 project manager, 1 web designer, 2-3 engineers, and 1 QA. Additionally, they were capable of bringing support intermediary resources if needed, but I wouldn’t count them as part of the core team.

They had around 40 people in total, which included developers, business analysts, and project managers. I was mainly in contact with the project managers.

The designs were delivered on time. For development, have been on track in hitting these. Had the best experience possible.

The project management was excellent. They used Basecamp as a tool, and we were able to review their work. We utilized Slack for everyday communication. When we had meetings, we used Zoom. When it came to speaking plainly and directly, everything went well, therefore I had no big problems.

Brisk Logic's professionalism during the proposal process impressed me much. They also made ideas on how to make things more user-friendly. Furthermore, they counseled me on areas I hadn't considered and added a lot of their knowledge to the project, which eventually boosted the app's success.

No, everything went well.

We hired Brisklogic for the development of our corporate website in the Financial Services field. Our initial goal was to set up a system that allows investors to review current investments in the real estate market. We also created an application that allowed our investment team to build and share new investment opportunities on the website. This application was integrated with a personalized CMS system. In addition, we also integrated our investor portal with the website.

We were looking for a strong technical team that has the capability to run complex projects and applies a robust project management process.

The scope of work included

1. Design of the website: Initially, we shared the requirements with the Project Manager. Brisklogic worked on creating the initial designs and the customer experience flow
2. Development: Once the design was complete and the content was finalized, we worked on building the website. We wanted the website to be modular which allowed us to update every section separately
3. Testing: Brisklogic has a robust testing process that allowed us to QA testing the website/application and document everything for the developers. This allowed for smooth back-and-forth communication
4. Launch: Finally, after the QA signoff we launched the new website, and ran our prod validations.

Bricklogic is an Agile shop and they follow the Scrum Project Management Approach. We used daily standups to go over the sprint deliverables and extensively communicated using SLACK.

Brisk Logic has the methodical approach that allowed us to seamlessly execute on our core requirements. Communication, open engagement, technical know-how, and robust project management are the key attributes that impressed us a lot.

No, there’s nothing that comes to my mind. For our project, they delivered high-quality work on time. My best wishes to them as they scale to new heights.

We hired Brisk Logic because we lacked the technical capabilities to help our clients in several areas. We needed a team that could do things beyond our current skill set.

Besides having a wide range of skill sets (which is what we were looking for) they have a very friendly team and an easy onboarding process. Availability was a big one too. Was willing to go above and beyond for their clients.

We did a few projects with Brisk and every time we had a few hiccups if any. First, before doing any "building" we discussed the scope of any individual project. The Brisk team was able to cut out anything unnecessary and focus on what needed to be done to get to an MVP (minimal viable product).

After that, we would break down additional features and figure out what we wanted to do based on the timeline and budget. The Brisk team is incredibly flexible with the clients they work with. Their CEO truly believes that the client's success is their success and have no issue growing with the needs of a respective client.

I believe several people worked with us but we usually had direct access to Karamjit who is their CEO. He handles a lot of the sales calls himself and if you are lucky you'll be able to work with him too.

100% of all work we did with Brisk Logic was completed on time, on budget, and in full. That is much more than I can say about others I have worked with in the past.

Brisk was able to adapt to what we would use but recommended slack to us for ease of use. For no-cost, their team helped onboard us to the platform, showed us how to use it, and communicated there often.

No sales representative when I worked with them. Their CEO handled all the client inquiries and was an incredibly hard worker. He personally went above and beyond and impressed both me, my partners, and my team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, the only thing that could have been done differently is being a better client! At the time the company was struggling financially on a few fronts and could not afford to pay them more.
