I was formerly a training manager at Genentech, a biotechnology company.

We hired them to create a mobile learning app.

What were your goals for this project?

The learning and development team wanted to create a memorable and effective learning experience using iPads. Since it was our first experience with mobile app development, we wanted a flexible team that would meet our needs.

How did you select this vendor?

Initially, we interviewed a number of external partners. Appstem challenged our thinking and gave us the best new ideas for our project.

We partnered with them to build our first learning app on iPad for an orientation program.

What was the team composition?

We worked with an account manager, a tech lead, and a UX designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Working with Appstem was an awesome experience. The design and development were outstanding. Given the chance, I would definitely work with them again.

It was incredibly effective. The project moved at the right pace.

The team had great ideas, delivered on time, and were under budget.
