We needed help creating an app that would be reliable, bug-free, and perform consistently across different devices and operating systems. We also needed help validating the business idea.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Appsketiers has built the app, designed the interface, and handled all integrations. The team has also shadowed and directed me to all vendors who provide these services so that I was enrolled and they were able to properly embed the information into the app.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Appsketiers has done coding, marketing, BETA testing, credentialing, creating BRS, marketing video, UX/UI, mapping, and designs. We’ve walked through the app, and if there were inquiries regarding operation, we addressed them in real time. Based on the performance presented during the BETA testing, there don’t appear to be any issues; the app appears to be on track for the next steps.

How did Appsketiers perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything has been addressed within the period of time I expect this app development to occur. Appsketiers has clear communication, always providing details as it pertains to the current or next steps. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

We came up with an idea for an App where you can record conversations and messages with someone else. Then later on use those conversations that you saved to have a simulated conversation with them, as if they were there. Another feature is the App allows you to keep important dates for reoccurring memories like Anniversaries and Birthdays.

The measurable outcome is our app, we are just in the midst of launching and do not have any data at present. The build was the job they were required to do and we are extremely happy with it.

They did awesome. They brake down everything that needs to be done, registering with amazon, apple, google, creating a business, and everything. They made sure they fully understood the desired end result and helped me figure out what I wanted/ needed the app to do to get there. There was a large bug that took some time to resolve but they kept me informed the entire time and are quick to respond with any questions or issues.

Not really. I got hung up a few times setting up the business part, but thats not really something they can streamline as every business's needs are differnt. But as they grow, maybe thats something they could incorporate, or maybe they could partner with a company that offers that as an extra service, that would save time.

The project then advanced to the development phase, where Appsketiers' team skillfully tackled the intricate aspects of coding, user interface and user experience design, and the integration of multiplayer connectivity. This phase was crucial in transforming our concept into a playable game within an online environment.

Given that this was their inaugural venture into a game of this particular scope, there were natural learning curves encountered along the way. 

More familiarity with large-scale gaming projects could potentially streamline their processes, making them faster and more efficient. However, it's important to highlight their remarkable adaptability and willingness to learn throughout the project. 

Despite the initial challenges due to the novelty of the project's scale, Appsketiers demonstrated a commendable ability to adjust, absorb new knowledge, and implement solutions effectively, ultimately leading the project to a successful conclusion.
