Appsinvo

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm a product manager at Worknomic, a real estate company that offers coworking spaces designed for productivity and well-being. We use ergonomic, eco-friendly, and efficient solutions tailored for freelancers, startups, MSMEs, and enterprises, with flexible leasing and a focus on sustainability.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Appsinvo?

We wanted to develop a comprehensive digital solution for Worknomic to streamline workspace operations and enhance the experience for both tenants and facility management teams. We wanted to build a technology-driven platform that could simplify workspace management through features such as meeting room booking, visitor management, seat and workspace allocation, facility management, service requests, and operational automation. The broader goal was to create an integrated, scalable solution that would improve operational efficiency, reduce manual intervention, enhance tenant engagement, and provide better visibility and control over building operations.Ultimately, we wanted a smart workspace management ecosystem that could support Worknomic's current operations while being scalable and adaptable for other coworking spaces and commercial properties in the future.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Appsinvo has been engaged to work on the development of a digital workspace management solution for Worknomic, covering key aspects of coworking space operations and management. The scope involves designing and developing a technology platform to streamline day-to-day operations, improve tenant experience, and bring multiple workspace management functions under a unified digital ecosystem.

Key deliverables include:

• Workspace management: digital management of coworking spaces, seats, cabins, and meeting rooms.
• Meeting room management: a system for viewing availability, booking meeting rooms, and managing schedules.
• Visitor management: digital visitor registration and tracking to improve security and front-desk efficiency.
• Facility management: tools to manage maintenance requests, service tickets, and day-to-day facility operations.
• User management: role-based access and management for administrators, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Process automation: streamlining routine operational workflows to minimize manual intervention.
• Platform integration: bringing different workspace management functions together to provide better operational visibility and control.

The overall scope is to create a scalable digital solution aligned with Worknomic's vision of providing efficient, technology-enabled, and professionally managed coworking spaces.

What is the team composition?

We work with 6–10 teammates from Appsinvo.

How did you come to work with Appsinvo?

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to our geographic location, had pricing that fit our budget, had a great culture fit, provided good value for cost, and had company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in September 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project has helped establish the technological foundation for Worknomic's vision of an integrated, technology-enabled workspace management ecosystem.

Key outcomes we're looking to achieve include:

• Operational efficiency: bringing multiple workspace management activities onto a unified platform, reducing dependency on manual processes and fragmented systems.
• Improved tenant experience: making services such as meeting room bookings, visitor management, and facility-related requests more accessible and streamlined.
• Centralized management: creating better visibility and control over workspace utilization, bookings, visitors, and facility operations.
• Process standardization: moving towards consistent, technology-driven workflows across front-desk operations, facility management, and tenant services.
• Scalability: establishing a digital framework that could eventually be replicated across multiple Worknomic locations and other commercial properties.

While the larger objective is to build a scalable workspace management ecosystem rather than just an individual application, the project represents an important step towards digitizing Worknomic's operational infrastructure and improving the way coworking spaces are managed.

At this stage, we haven't undertaken a formal before-and-after study to quantify these improvements in percentage terms. However, the primary value is in building the digital foundation for more systematic, transparent, and scalable workspace operations.

One of the key benefits of the initiative is moving towards a more organized and technology-driven approach to managing everyday coworking operations.

From an operational perspective, the platform is designed to simplify coordination between the front desk, facility management team, and tenants. Activities such as meeting room bookings, visitor management, and service requests can be handled through more structured digital workflows rather than relying entirely on phone calls, messages, and manual registers.

For the facility team, the objective is to improve visibility into daily activities and make it easier to track requests and follow-ups. For tenants, the intention is to make accessing workspace services more convenient and seamless.

The broader takeaway is that technology should remain in the background while making the actual workspace experience simpler for the people using and managing it.

How did Appsinvo perform from a project management standpoint?

Appsinvo maintains communication with us throughout the project and works with us to understand Worknomic's operational requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.

The project involves multiple functional requirements, and there are discussions and iterations to align the development with our expectations. Their team is involved in coordinating the development process and addressing requirements as they evolve.

In terms of timelines, the overall experience involves the usual coordination and iteration associated with developing a customized technology solution. We believe there's always scope to improve milestone tracking, proactive communication, and delivery predictability in projects of this nature.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What we appreciate most about working with Appsinvo is their willingness to understand our business requirements and work towards translating our vision into a technology solution.

Worknomic isn't just a conventional coworking space; our approach combines smart infrastructure, sustainability, technology, and efficient facility management. This means that the solution needs to address interconnected operational requirements rather than simply develop a standalone booking application.

We appreciate the team's involvement in understanding these requirements and their efforts to build a solution around our business needs.

The opportunity to work towards an integrated digital ecosystem, rather than a collection of disconnected tools, is particularly important to us. We believe this approach has relevance beyond Worknomic and can contribute to the future of technology-enabled coworking and managed workspaces.

Are there any areas they could improve?

One area where Appsinvo could improve is in the overall project planning and execution framework. For a customized solution involving multiple operational workflows, we would appreciate more structured milestone tracking, proactive communication, and clearer documentation at each stage of development.

We also believe greater emphasis on understanding the end-user experience, conducting iterative testing with actual operational scenarios, and anticipating integration requirements could strengthen the final solution.

Going forward, a more consultative approach, with deeper involvement in understanding the business processes before finalizing technical specifications, would make the engagement even more effective.

Overall, these are opportunities for improvement that could make future collaborations more streamlined and outcome-oriented.

Appsinvo's work helped us strengthen our digital presence and improve the overall patient experience. The new website and mobile applications made it easier for patients to explore diagnostic services, book tests, access reports, and maintain their medical history. The AI-powered lab report analysis feature also made medical reports easier to understand through simplified explanations and LLM-based insights.

• Improved patient accessibility: Patients gained convenient digital access to diagnostic services and home sample collection.

Overall, the project established a strong digital foundation for our company. While we're still evaluating long-term business metrics such as revenue growth and patient acquisition, the improvements in accessibility, automation, and patient experience represent significant progress. • Number of patients accessing and downloading diagnostic reports digitally.
• Usage of AI-powered lab report analysis and patient history features.
• Reduction in manual effort required to explain reports and retrieve patient records.

At this stage, we haven't finalized verified percentage improvements or exact numerical figures. However, the platform has established measurable tracking opportunities and a strong foundation for improving patient experience, automation, and operational efficiency. We plan to continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to understand the platform's impact and identify further opportunities for improvement. The most important metrics we intend to track include:

• Patient acquisition: Number of new patient registrations and monthly active users.
• Test bookings: Growth in diagnostic test bookings through the website and mobile applications.
• Report turnaround time (TAT): Average time taken to process tests and deliver reports to patients.
• AI feature adoption: Number of patients using AI-powered lab report analysis and frequency of usage.
• Patient engagement: Report views, downloads, repeat visits, and mobile app retention rates.
• Patient history utilization: Frequency of LLM-powered patient history access and usage.
• Home sample collection: Number of home collection requests and successful bookings.
• Patient satisfaction: Feedback scores, customer satisfaction, and repeat booking rates.

Our primary goal is to use these insights to improve patient convenience, increase digital adoption, reduce manual processes, and build a more efficient, AI-driven diagnostic healthcare ecosystem.
