We had to build an internal application for organization management to improve our people management and productivity.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Referred by an old client of Appsinvo, we then searched online for them and asked for sample apps completed by them. The quality of work with good ROI for us helped make the decision.

We had a scope discussion meeting, then finalized on commercials. Then planning meeting for decision of timeline for deliverables, post that requirements were mentioned in a team meeting. Deliverable meeting based on time line (3 times). delivery. post delivery changes.

POC was a project manager and a technical team lead.

They can have in-house legal arrangement with them to guide right contract obligations between them and clients. This will help them and clients as well.
