They also documented all pipelines and wrote runbooks aligned with our SOC 2 audit requirements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Pipeline build times reduced by 68%. Deployment frequency increased from roughly 2 releases per week to daily releases. All 14 identified gaps were remediated within the project timeline.
