The journey with Appomart on the Shocas project was an exciting venture. Together, we dove into crafting mobile apps for Android and iOS, making sure they run smoothly on phones and iPads. We also spun up a neat web app for admin tasks and a website to shout our digital presence. A big win was meshing our system with Lidl, Netto, and Aldi's supply info, aligning their product listings and prices with different postal codes in Germany - a complex task that Appomart navigated brilliantly. The outcome? A user-friendly platform that accurately reflects product availability and prices across regions, all wrapped up in a sleek design.

Shocas – showcased its success and progress significantly. There was a notable number of app installs, which reflected the market's positive reception. Additionally, the feedback from users was overwhelmingly positive, emphasizing the seamless user experience and the intuitive user interface. The great user experience (UX) not only retained existing users but also attracted new users, propelling Shocas towards its envisioned trajectory of growth and user satisfaction.

Toolly is a B2C platform, that enables its customers to order and request various professional services in domestic, maintenance, construction and education spectrum through mobile app. Payments processed online, funds have to be reserved prior to task completion. Toolly Pro is B2B mobile application where vendors and contractors receive orders and offer their services.

Orders and tasks management are done inside the platform. The whole process is overseen within the Control Panel of web interface, progressive web application, enabling Toolly team to support and assist both customers and contractors.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Great timing, faster then expected. Budget was respected throughout the way, every time evaluating and offering solutions that fit the certain parameters and requirements. More than 3000 downloads in the first months since launch. High ratings within the both App Store and Google Play. Greatly accepted by the contractors and vendors business community, solving multiple in-house issues, having 100 of vendors, ready to challenge any task.

Every task within the project had its defined time to completion that was met, in some cases before the deadline. Every demand was carefully evaluated not only from the technological perspective, but as a business concept as well, postioning Appomart more as a business partner, rather than contractor.
