The scope was redesign of our mobile app with focus on UX, design thinking and product management. The key deliverables were complete redesign of the app.

Figma graphic designs, that were used for app redesign. Preparedeness for expansion. Product strategy.

There were a slight delays, caused by some health issues and not clear set of expectations from our side.But Applifting was always transparent and complied with our needs.

A comparable system deployed at competitor took over 2 years to develop, while Applifting completed MVP within 2 months and final full specs version in 8 months.

Project was managed in a classic agile structure with revolving short time scrum periods for gradual improvements and incremental extensions of functionality.
