Due dilligence on a potential small business acquisition.  We were doing quality of earnings to ensure the business I was looking at is finacinally sound and worth acquiring.

They were able to advise me that the business I was looking at was not as financially sound as stated.  They uncovered more questions than confirmations about the sellers accounting and reporting.  Ultimately the decision was made not to acquire the business based on their advice and help.

Successfully transitioned all internal financial processes to Appletree in a timely fashion. There was very little delay in submission of invoices and collection of payments.

I was very anxious about the transition since I am a small business and cash flow is extremely important. They were very responsive during the transition and beyond and made me feel very comfortable that the transition would go smoothly with minimal interruptions, and it did. Now the business is running just as smooth as it was when we were doing our financials in-house.

While there were bumps in the road, everything has now been resolved and taxes are prepped and paid for the period of time where we were very much in the dark.
