I am the VP and CMO of Hoop carpool which started a carpool platform in California. We intended to create a kind of social-networking app that links people who are going to the same destination at the same time; they can connect through this app and communicate with each other to reach their location.

I found Appikr from Quora. Then I search them at Clutch and found some positive reviews. I have asked my team to check Appikr website and they got some case studies of on-demand services. We selected six App Development companies like Appikr and discussed our project with them. But, the cost and time frame they offered us for our project was very impressive as it suits our budget. We discussed our idea with the business analyst of Appikr to finalize the scope of work on our idea. They appreciated our idea and suggested some additional features to attract more users to the app. They made a document with all functionalities and wireframes of the app. We checked all those things and finally signed the contract. Mr Sharma was the project manager of Appikr. He coordinated with us on all requirements and developed a strategy for designing the app.

They started with UI/UX design as the wireframe was made earlier. It takes almost 7-10 days to complete all the screens that were approved by our side. Then the team worked on the prototype of the app to see the workflow. Just after finishing the prototype, they jumped to the developmental stage of the app. In this stage, they regularly updated us about their progress in the work.

When Appikr developed the prototype of the app, we raised some good funding from investors by showing that. We are going to release this app next month. Now, they are working on final bug fixing which will be done within 10-15 days.

They scheduled weekly calls with us to share the completed task and ask for our approval. Sometimes they also show the demo through the Skype video call on how the app performs in real-time with the added features. When any issue was identified they solved it with their skills. Their project manager is very decent and well-experienced — he manages everything well and regularly updates us about their work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are impressed with the skills and knowledge of their developers. Some challenging tasks needed extra effort, but their technical experts researched and created various algorithms to complete the tasks in a given timeline

We haven’t faced any conflict with them till now. We are happy to recommend Appikr as a development partner for any tech requirements.

I am the Business development Head at Roadtrippers. We're a travel app, especially a road trip planning app, to turn your road trip into an adventure. As a Creative Director, I lead creative teams for our company's marketing department. To oversee our rebranding process and look into new color schemes, typefaces, iconography, and photographs for Replicant, we engaged Appikr. More than anything else, we required a consistent design framework that we could apply to all of our products, including our most crucial payment platform. To meet the demands of our present customers, we also had to redesign the UX. To provide our consumers with the smoothest possible trip, we had to reevaluate certain of the platform-wide activities.

We used a standard procedure for creating brands. The process began with a presentation of the business and our concept to the Appikr team. Following the development of the communication and brand strategies, three to four mood boards were created to determine the general creative direction. The creation of the colour scheme, typography, photos, etc. went through various stages.

Our platform's MVP was developed with assistance from Appikr. They first assisted me in organizing and facilitating interviews in order to better understand the needs and pain areas of our customers, which helped us develop our approach. Then, based on our research, we entered the design phase, where we created the platform and specified its MVP functionality. Following the design stage, we entered the development stage, during which they created the MVP. They created the whole technological stack from scratch. They are now responsible for hosting and maintaining the platform

The marketing manager popped in and out of calls to ensure everything went smoothly. We worked with 3 of their designers as our lead UX designer, their UI designer lead, and a project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Appikr team was a pleasure to collaborate with. They gave us some unique directions. We eventually settled on one approach to pursue, and the project was finished in around 5 months, from creative strategy to final brand design suggestions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We spoke majorly on the Skype once every two during our collaboration. In addition to Skype, we also used Gmail and Zoom to connect. The project manager who was given to us was not just approachable but also extremely easy to interact with, readily grasped all of our requests and promptly took action on them, kept us informed at every stage, and even now constantly follows up with us. The designers did an excellent job as well, acting quickly to fulfill all of our requests.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I admire their sincerity and warmth. After actively interacting with us to understand our expectations, they aggressively presented alternatives and modifications. They wanted to outperform the development phase goals and provide a finished product. At that moment, I was awestruck by their fervor and dedication. The product scope may be more realistic and fulfill our expectations since they take the initiative and actively participate in meetings.

Appikr can solve problems rapidly. When an issue arises, they mention it and a possible solution. They have thought carefully about how to make everything work, even when I have suggested more sophisticated things.

I am the Business Development Head at Travelex. We're a travel app, especially a road trip planning app, to turn your road trip into an adventure. As the Development head, I direct and control the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's information and communications strategy and systems. I introduce and maintain appropriate data security to support the business objectives of the company.

I wanted to make the property search tool on my website more dynamic, and transform it into an interactive app. The idea is to have my avatar ask the user questions that aren't simply focused on collecting information for forms but also on lifestyle choices. The user says their responses as the avatar asks questions.

In addition, we need a ticketing system for customer assistance on the same platform so that our clients can stay in touch with us in case of issues. Our goal was to eliminate human interaction in our repetitive tasks, such as money collecting and support practice, by at least 30%. Appikr completed this automation for us.

We used Google Search to find Appikr. We had enough faith in them after our initial discussions with them and reading their web evaluations to have them create this solution for us. Another determining factor was their prior experience in creating desktop apps, which none of the rival providers to Appikr could demonstrate to our satisfaction.

When we contacted Appikr, we learned that they recognized this as a simple road mapping software and understood the need for that sort of tool. But because we did not want this to be a public platform where anybody could stop by and purchase with us, we never wanted this to be an internet solution.

Only our current clientele, who conduct business with us for a variety of reasons, would use this platform. Before the development process began, we had gone through several rounds of discussion and prepared a formal SRS document. The development of the project was broken down into milestones, each of which was tied to a specific payment schedule.

After both parties reached an agreement on the contract, Team Fluper began working with us. To make the product compatible with both Windows and Mac OS, they created it using a technique called JSON. The source code design files and a user guide for installing the app were among their deliverables.

I mainly worked with the Vice President and Senior Product Manager, who was my main point of contact. Additionally, I worked closely with one of Core Mobile App’s designers. To be exact, we had 3 JSON developers, 3 testers, 2 UI/UX developers, and a cross-platform developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Before a Beta launch, we have several pre-launch tests or pilots planned. A total of 4 tests are planned to boost our launch confidence and test/validate concepts before launch. The product must be in a distinct state of readiness for each of the four tests for internal users to use the platform to perform both simulated and real-world circumstances.

The product was effectively built by Appikr, and they were quite accommodating of the scope creep and direction adjustments that such projects necessitate. Our internal teams have generally given positive comments on the list of improvement recommendations. They work together continuously to update and enhance the backlog in light of the knowledge gained from this testing.

Project management at Core Mobile App receives an excellent A+ in my book. They did a great job of keeping the project on schedule and eventually maintained their word to provide what they promised when they said they would. We connected via Skype conferences, emails, and the design platform where I could leave feedback.

One advantage of Core Mobile App is its capacity to produce engineering-based apps rather than just straightforward apps. They took care to fully understand the complexity of the logic that my software requires before providing me with what I asked for. The most amazing and astounding thing was their capacity to comprehend the true issue and offer the ideal answer.

I admired the way they grasped our company strategy and led us to develop things that would genuinely improve our operations. While with the other rival vendors, we had the impression that they were focusing only on what they could offer rather than what we truly required.

Within three months of the app's release, we had more than 1,000 downloads and a 5-star rating. Since the app's release, we've noticed a significant increase in traffic, and users have praised its simplicity. The platform has helped us attract more readers and visitors.

We communicate via Skype, and they reply very quickly to our queries. Even if we contact them in the middle of the night, we found their response. In our continuous feedback process, we shared our thoughts on their work through the screenshots. We also sent our input through the PDF files which helps then to work in future iterations. We began with a requirement study, and the Business Analyst team assisted us with the Scope of Work and all other documentation. They talked with our team to figure out what we needed for the initial stage. Then they devised a strategy for developing the app, including technologies to use and revisions to our needs to make our operations run more smoothly.

Their design team assisted us with the UI/UX and prototype of our app after the initial stage. Their deliveries were of high quality and frequently exceeded expectations. We occasionally missed each other on an idea, but this was due to a simple misinterpretation of what was mentioned in the emails, which was quickly corrected.
