I’m a former marketing manager of a clothing company.

What challenges were you trying to address with APG MEDIA?

We needed help with digital marketing and social media management services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped us to build our social media channels and to improve our SEO. They also managed digital marketing campaigns, mainly Facebook ads, and created content for our website’s blog.

What was the team composition?

There were three people involved; The CEO, an SEO manager, and someone for Facebook.

How did you come to work with APG MEDIA?

I met their CEO in a course, and I liked his approach, so when this project came up, I contacted him for more information and decided to start a project with them.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent around €25,000 (approximately $30,300 USD) with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked from March 2017–2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I was always satisfied with their work; they’re responsible and caring for their customers. As for results, our visibility improved, which translated into conversions and profit.

How did APG MEDIA perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management and our communications were perfect — I was happy. We communicated mostly via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their customer service and high level of professionalism were impressive for me. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything that they can improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I think it’s a good investment working with them; they know their work well, and you can trust them.

I`m a project manager at home textile company.

For what projects/services did your company hire APG MEDIA, and what were your goals?

We had a problem with an old marketing agency. The results were not good and we believed that we can achieve better. So we made a contract with APG MEDIA for digital marketing strategy and PPC campaigns. All our goals were achieved even better than we expected.

How did you select APG Media and what were the deciding factors?

I have known APG MEDIA CEO Aurimas from a lot of conferences in which he participated. This reason was enough to give a change for APG MEDIA.

We needed better strategy for PPC marketing. (Facebook ADS, Google adwords, google display marketing). For APG MEDIA we gave only one task, we expected to have ~500% ROAS for all campaigns. All other work was done by this agency and now we have 600-700% ROAS, sometimes even better results. So we are more than happy.

3 people, including a dedicated project manager and 2 PPC campaign specialists.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our main goal is return on advertising spend, APG MEDIA achieved this goal even better than we wanted. First we started to work together in Lithuania market, later in Latvia and a few months ago we started to work together in Estonia. Everyone must trust an agency and give them a few months to achieved best results.

APG MEDIA will do this job better than You expect.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was smooth, all questions received quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I like the fact that their work is customer-focused. They strive to achieve better results, and they communicate and look for a solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can’t point out any improvements, I think the work is done properly.

We launched the ladieswear brand the fraze. Own your story. We had to start sales on our e-shop and develop sales step by step. So we hired APG MEDIA for advertising and developing sales.

In the beginning, we just had some consulting meetings as we had some problems to solve and we found out that this company is professionals. They helped us a lot even before our cooperation. So we have decided that it is a really good company to work with.

We work closely with the APG MEDIA team, each month we have feedback on what is done, what is worth to do and so on. They advise what is worth changing and what can be workable

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have started to sell and sales are increasing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have monthly meetings with the team to go over the progress and next steps. We communicate by email regularly and have all info for approval before posting. They communicate with our technical service directly to have things done properly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are open to help. Givers gain is their philosophy. They care about the result and don't give empty promises.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I don't have any remarks until now

I'm a marketing specialist at a non-profit organisation in the education sector.

For what projects/services did your company hire APG MEDIA?

We have had a website for a few years in the past, however, never tried any form of online advertising on Google. During the Covid19 crisis, we identified a need for better online presence, hence, we were looking for a company to help us set up Google Ads & Google Analytics.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to establish a better online presence, start advertising on Google search & display ads.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

APG media consulted us in terms of Google advertising and helped us to understand the capabilities of Google Marketing Platform. They took an analytical approach to the audience we work for, spend a lot of time listening to our wants and needs and the offered a strategy that worked out really well for us.

Describe the project in detail.

We needed to establish a digital media presence within a four-figure budget over a period of one month, fast. We had a zero infrastructure or experience before the start of our relationship and needed the results urgently.

What was the team composition?

At first, we communicated directly with the APG CEO - Aurimas, latter we were overhanded to a team of two Google specialists. Communicating with them wasn't an issue, the transition was smooth and I'm happy with the results.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We got a 25% click-through rate on their search campaigns but a significantly lower CTR on display ads. However, our return on ad spend was nearly 600%, which is way more than we expected.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was superior. They were responsive to our queries, patient with our requests, and professional in terms of communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive part is that they managed to help us out working completely remotely. Remote work didn't make the process of communications any slower nor more complicated.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I could not point out any significant flaws that concern APG media's work setting up Google Ads and Analytics account, running and managing four figures budget campaigns and establishing a digital marketing strategy.
