ApexBridge was very cognizant of our needs and were patient through our conceptualization phase when we were trying to get the right features to include in the product. They helped managed the epics and user stories using tools like trello and notion. The team very strong non-technical, soft and organizational chops. it was a pleasure working with them

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Apex Bridge's ability to get more done with less was impressive. They are equiped to deliver within constrained timelines and resources and deliver the best value for our money

Are there any areas for improvement or something Apex Bridge could have done differently?

Yes, i believe they can expand on their service ranges, such as UI/UX, product ownership and management, site reliablity engineering. Otherwise, I believe they do well on their core competency which is building AI-enabled platforms

Dynamo Health contracted Autodawn AI to design and develop a website integrated with an AI chat system capable of answering basic medical questions. The project includes:

• The creation of a home page.
• Multiple subpages (including About, Services, and Contact).
• The integration of the AI system.

Key Deliverables:

• Design and development of the home page.
• Creation of subpages such as About, Services, and Contact.
• Integration of an AI chat system to provide basic medical information.
• Provision of 3 revisions to ensure client satisfaction with the final product.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Completion of the website within the agreed timeline: The website, including the home page, subpages, and AI chat integration, was delivered on schedule, which reflects effective project management and adherence to deadlines.
• Functionality of the AI chat system: The AI chat system successfully provides basic medical information to users, demonstrating the effectiveness of the AI integration.
• User engagement and satisfaction: Post-launch analytics show a high level of user engagement, with the AI chat system being utilized by a significant portion of visitors, indicating a positive reception and usefulness of the service.

• The project management was exceptional, led by Kunle Owolabi, who ensured that all deliverables were met on time and to a high standard. 
• The team was highly responsive to my needs, making necessary revisions and adjustments promptly and efficiently. 
• Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering a product that met my specifications made the entire process smooth and successful.

• Apex Bridge's innovative approach to integrating AI technology into a user-friendly platform impressed me the most.

• Their ability to tailor their solutions to meet specific needs while maintaining high levels of professionalism and creativity made them stand out. 
• Their seamless project management and commitment to delivering a high-quality product were truly unique.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Apex Bridge could have done differently?

Overall, the communication throughout the project was strong, and I appreciated the team’s responsiveness. However, my one criticism is the transition to independently manage the website and AI. I haven’t been given full access to manage the site and AI as I expected, which has hindered my ability to make adjustments or updates on my own. Ensuring that clients have complete access and the necessary training to manage their platforms independently would be a valuable improvement.
