We hired AP Technology to do a website for our business beyond what our franchise offered. We wanted to stick out more than the competition and met that goal!

How did you select AP Technology and what were the deciding factors?

The fact that they weren’t some huge company where you would just be a number and support an owner that wouldn’t know your name. It cuts a lot of frustration out for the client.

We mainly spoke over the phone but did meet to knock out the details of exactly what we were wanting to accomplish.

I worked very closely with the owner on my particular needs and he met all of them. Even exceeded expectations by recommending things I didn’t even think of before.

We instantly got more phone calls (about 61% more) of people calling from Google which is really good for us.

We mainly spoke over phone and email as we are very busy in our agency but it didn’t feel distanced. Everytime we went to go check for a reply one was there waiting for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They pick up their phones. It is surprising how many people make it seem like they don’t need business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing I can recommend for them to get better is just to venture out beyond just what they do currently.

They helped me with my company branding (Logo, Company Name, etc...) and also they helped make a few design changes on mywebsite. They gave me some tips for marketing as a bonus.

Create a high contrast easily identifiable business that would relate well to my target clientele.

They have used my services on a few projects and this allowed me to build a relationship and see some of their portfolio.

They provided sound advice on information and references that I gave them for my vision of this company. They helped me narrow down a few image choices and the end product they delivered was a logo and name I was very happy with.

I worked directly with the business owner and he leveraged his team as needed. Very easy process.

Once again I was very pleased with the end result which was a finalized name and logo and a few design adjustments to an existing website.
