Since our core business is based on their functionality, we wanted a high-quality, well-built website and set of apps.

Over 5 days, AOX Apps helped us scope out the project and conceptualize the final product, including logo design. They provided feedback, input, and suggestions for UI/UX and other aspects. The team then built the apps and site, making modifications and additions over the past 4 months.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The platform has been live for almost 6 months now; we’ve never had significant issues with functionality. AOX Apps provides upgrades phases and maintenance services.

The mode of communication was skype, WhatsApp and Zoom calls Timeline given was 5 months.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team walked us through our first app development project from start to finish. They provide valuable input and direction regularly.

No, I can’t think of anything.

I’m the CTO of Hays, a recruiting agency that finds the right employees for companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with AOX Apps®?

I’ve been developing a new product on my own. It’s a portal similar to the Hays portal in India.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AOX Apps® helped me develop a mobile app and a dynamic website for recruiters and candidates. The site is currently in the testing phase, and it will be available in a few days. The mobile app will be available for both iOS and Android platforms.

We had an initial meeting to discuss the project. They provided a scope of work and signed an NDA with me before kicking off the development work. Throughout this development, AOX App® has used various technologies, including PHP, Java, and Swift.

What is the team composition?

I’m mostly in contact with AOX Apps®’s project manager, who gives me updates on everything. My initial conversation with them was with a sales representative, but everything else has been taken care of by the project manager.

How did you come to work with AOX Apps®?

I did a Google search and found them on LinkedIn. I looked into them and noticed that they were doing wonderful work. I ultimately chose them because they accepted payments through PayPal, which reduced the chances of them being fraudulent.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve invested $8,000, but the project will cost a total of $9,000. We will send them the last payment once the application goes live.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began our conversations in February 2021, and the project began almost three months ago, during the middle of March 2021. The partnership is ongoing, and I’ll be using them for maintenance support.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

AOX Apps® has been great with timelines. They said that they’d be able to launch the application before August, and it seems like they will pull it off.

How did AOX Apps® perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve provided regular updates, and their project manager calls me every day at the end of the day to discuss the progress that they’ve made. Everything is made known to me.

Although there have been some issues, I’m very happy with them. We mainly communicate through phone calls. Additionally, they provide updates through Slack, and we have meetings through Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

AOX Apps®’s most amazing asset is their regular updates. They’re also very friendly, and they keep the work going if I happen to miss a milestone for some reason.

Are there any areas they could improve?

AOX Apps®’s project management could be better, and they could also grow their team. I have one more project for them, but we’ll have to do it after they complete this one because they can only handle a single project for me at a time.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They’re a good option to go with. However, they’re specifically dedicated to website and mobile applications at the moment.

I’m the manager of a construction and manufacturing firm.

For what projects/services did your company hire AOX Apps®, and what were your goals?

We hired Aox apps for developing an app to manage our inventory, staff attendance, salary management and pre order raw material when it reahces the threshold value.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The project began before I started, I think they checked their ads online. We did an evaluation on whether to continue with our vendors, but we decided that they’re one of the best guys out there. They’re incredibly reasonable with pricing and based on the experience we had before we stayed on with them.

They coded the graphic user interface. We wanted to integrate everything that is explained above in deifferent Apps for our staff to use it easily and clearly. They handled all the coding for the Android and iOS platform.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had four different guys at different parts of the project. There were developers and project managers, plus we had contact with the Owner of the company. Our main point of contact was Ron(Director of Business Development).

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We did end-user testing after we finished with them. The feedback we received was excellent. They do great work.

Communication-wise, they were perfect. We never had any issues with communication — they came out to meet us and they worked with us over email, phone calls, spreadsheets, etc. We worked together beginning in Q3 of 2020 — August I believe. We finished in Jan 2021.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were incredibly flexible. We had the ability to change the project, reduce the time, extend the time. That made them great to work with. Their overseas offices also was a strength so if we needed to load more strength they could which was very helpful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They’re a good company. I don’t see anything negative.
