I’m the president of a bus company called Jet Set Express, Inc.

What challenge were you trying to address with Aon Prestige Media?

I needed help creating a safety and instructional video for my company. I asked Aon Prestige Media to look at what the airlines and other bus companies were doing to get some ideas of how the video should look like.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aon Prestige Media created a video from a script that I provided to them. I had the general idea of the video and what I wanted Aon Prestige Media to accomplish. We sat down together and discussed how the whole process would be. We showed them the equipment, facilities, and area we were located to get some ideas regarding the shop. 

Once we had that information, Aon Prestige Media gave us their vision and interpretation of what we explained to them. They also came up with ideas about what we could do or include in the video and the locations where we could film it. Finally, we got shooting with the on-camera talent that Aon Prestige Media brought in. They did all the directing and set up the angles of the camera, and much more. They broke down the script and projected it on a prompt so that the talent could read off of it.

Aon Prestige Media even included a 30-second promotional video that we hadn’t asked for.

What is the team composition?

I worked with two people from Aon Prestige Media. The director and the talent. 

How did you come to work with Aon Prestige Media?

I knew Aon Prestige Media through a mutual friend. He mentioned the company and I decided to follow them on social media. I saw what Aon Prestige Media was doing for another client, liked it, and contacted them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $2,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from January–March 2016.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We didn’t have official metrics because it was not a marketing video, so it didn’t generate any views or revenues that could be measured. We only projected it on our buses. We had received positive comments and feedback from our customers. The clients loved the video. They were able to get information about the emergency exits, WiFi, bathroom, and other amenities we offered.

How did Aon Prestige Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Aon Prestige Media was awesome. They controlled the whole process and came up with many ideas. We communicated with emails, phone calls, and text messages. We also used the Google Cloud like Google Files and Google Sheets to track all the progress.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive aspect about Aon Prestige Media was their creativity. They were able to bring my vision alive. I could only express my vision so well, but they’d ask us what we thought about certain angles and suggested shooting at other locations. They understood how to express the idea on the video with great vision and creativity. The team knew how to make a good video rather than just having a guy in front of a camera. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, I can’t think of anything Aon Prestige Media could improve. I was more than happy with their work.

Any advice for potential customers?

I recommend sitting down or having a phone call with Aon Prestige Media to discuss their vision and verbally explain the project. With email, it’s easier to interpret the project a little bit differently. However, when you speak to them, they’ll spit back your idea, and you both can feed off each other and come up with a good plan.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Founder of Something Great Marketing - a social media and branding agency who focuses on helping clients grow online. I oversee all creative projects we produce.

For what projects/services did your company hire Aon Prestige Media?

We needed a talented photographer who could help us organize and execute a branded photoshoot for one of our current clients who produces tequila. The shots were to be used on the client's website and social media channels.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to make our client's bottle look on-brand and beautiful. We also needed to create and capture approx 20 unique images of various cocktails for their website.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

Alejandro came highly recommended by a former colleague. He was local and very easy to communicate with, so selecting him was a simple process.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

From the moment we started working with Alejandro, he quickly took the reigns and lead us with ease for accomplishing this project. He understood exactly what we were looking for and built a set in his studio that met every single one of our expectations.

When the day of the shoot came, he and his team were able to create masterful looking cocktails and light them beautifully on the set. In the end, the pictures came out looking fantastic.

What was the team composition?

On the day of the shoot, there was Alejandro as the director/photographer, as well as a production assistant, and a stylist.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our client was overwhelmed with how great everything had come out. They only had one or two slight edits and they were handled incredibly swiftly by Alejandro and his team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

One of our favorite things about working with Aon Prestige was how organized they were. They effectively predicted and managed every possible speed bump we faced and made us feel like we were in great hands for the duration of the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Everyone was so easy to work with. On the day of the shoot, it was so lighthearted and fun that it hardly felt like work. To see the final project come together as amazing as it did is a real testament to their agency.

None that I can think of.
