Behind the scenes, they made life so much easier for our team. Before, even a simple content update could turn into a ticket to IT. Now our staff can update pages on their own. They also handled a massive content migration (thousands of pages) and did it without disrupting anything.

Then AnyforSoft moved into the more complex layers: subscriptions, value cards, group activities, and a full events system that needed to handle things like swim lessons with multiple sessions and rolling rosters.
AnyforSoft’s team also built a POS flow that worked both online and on-site, with inventory management baked in. The system also supports visitor access tracking and gives the admin visibility into who’s checked in where. It was a big build with a lot of moving parts and they didn’t drop the ball.

We hit our first major milestone right on time, which was huge. We also managed to simulate a real facility schedule with calendar, POS, and access control working together, which was a big moment for us.

They rebuilt the portal on WordPress, made it fully responsive across devices, created custom roles and workflows so different editors had different permissions, and even helped us categorize and tag our old articles to make the archive more usable. The content migration was handled with a lot of care, which we really appreciated. Everything was built with performance, flexibility, and ease of use in mind.
