Please describe your company and your position there.

I work for Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Research in Wanadongri, Nagpur as an Administrative Officer. Previously, I was working there as an PA to principal from past 10years. I manage all the administrative work in the college along with back office and stakeholders. Since the college administration required an customized dispatch software for admin purpose, we were looking for a compatible and cost effective company for its development.

For what projects/services did your company hire Antsglobe Technologies?

As i mentioned, the college authority was in the need of a customized software that can minimize the paperwork of dispatch and provide statistical output in a timely effective manner. We were looking up for a vendor who can build up a customized software for us as per our need which should be very user friendly and easily scalable.

What were your goals for this project?

Dispatch work of our college was a manual process which was very time consuming and tedious for the employees to manage. Hence the need of a customized software arised to minimize the time required to manage the dispatch. The ultimate goal was to have a highly user friendly software as we have senior employees in the administration which are not very tech savvy.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched the google for different vendors and asked them to send their quotations for the software and handed over to management and finally our management approved Antsglobe Technologies for this software development project.

They have taken the initial requirements from our staff and built a demo project for us and asked for feedback. We have mentioned many changes and provided them the way we want our software to work.

Antsglobe is a website designing and software development company. Their past experience and references is a plus point which made us to choose them for our software development.

What was the team composition?

The team involved with us was a senior software developer, and two associate software developers who had taken our requirements very precisely and developed them for us. They have a business development manager too who coordinated between us and the developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

After delivering the software to us, we now can manage all the dispatch work very efficiently and effectively by all our staff members. The software not only helped us to manage the inward Outward work easily but also increased the productivity of our admin staff.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was good and they deliver the project on time with all the specifications described by us. One of the good aspect was they have understood the need from each and every person who will manage the software and developed according to them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company provided us a cost-effective quotation which we appreciated. They have provided us directly the client references to which we have contacted and found positive feedback.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes. The process of gathering requirements is somewhere time consuming and can be done more efficiently as sometimes it becomes difficult to find time for explaining exact requirements.

I am Tarun Sabharwal, co-owner of Aastha Group. We are the leading finance consulting company to different business sectors.

We hired Antsglobe for Logo designing and brand identity for Aastha group. In brand identity, we required, letter heads, visiting cards, mug prints and brochure for my business.

What were your goals for this project?

To increase credibility of my business from a corporate and well defined logo and other branding materials.

How did you select this vendor?

I found them on Behance and after looking at their work from their website portfolio and UI/UX directories, we decided to give them our project.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Their team took all our requirements including colour combinations, motto behind the logo, vision, layouts and designs and then we gave us three work samples from which we have chosen the third one. They were in constant touch with us during the project development and was quite supportive.

What was the team composition?

I have interacted with their owner, senior graphics designer and business development officer. However, during the project development, the business development officer was very helpful.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have used my logo and brand identity in almost every advertising and promotional activity which proved very beneficial for my business. Even people asked me from where I had get it done.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Since the project duration is of 25 days. We have interacted in every week to know the development. Again, team coordinated well during these times.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I found their designs quite impressive in behance and Tumblr. The color combinations and detail designing was one of my reason to chose them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes. The workflow can be better if they chose clients' schedule as the client does not always had the free time as per their schedule. Plus the business development person was less knowledgeable and don't have much sense to talk about a project. I think they should change him
