Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the COO of Armani Digital. We’re developing a Facebook referral marketing platform for property projects in Malaysia.

What challenge were you trying to address with AntDragon Sdn Bhd?

Our previous IT partner couldn’t support us anymore, and their prices weren’t competitive enough. We started looking for a new one and we found AntDragon.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

AntDragon took over hosting and domain management from our previous vendor, and they’re helping us maintain the site. They’ve also developed a new admin dashboard for us.

The platform allows registered members to refer property development projects on Facebook inside their timelines. Property owners that make referrals get referral fees from us.

We’re planning to upgrade the site one year down the road after we’ve raised some funds. We’re considering making an app in the future as well.

We worked with Rosaan (Managing Director).

They were referred to us by a mutual friend.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $4,000–$5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with AntDragon in December 2020, and we wrapped up in January 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Although we haven’t gotten major traction yet, everything’s been good so far. Before their involvement, we had to go to our IT vendor to make any changes. Now, we can add and change content ourselves. AntDragon is prompt and efficient. They understood what we wanted to do with the site and they came up with the best solution for us.

How did AntDragon Sdn Bhd perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve met our deadlines without any problems. We discuss everything through virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re hands-on, and they have a personal touch. Their team isn’t very big, so I’ve had a chance to liaise directly with the managing director of the company. They understood our needs and budget and worked to meet those criteria.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not that I can think of at the moment.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I’d recommend them to my friends and to anyone looking to set up their own e-commerce website or tech platform. AntDragon is efficient, prompt, and friendly; Most importantly, they’re cost-effective.
