Our main point of contact is our account coordinator, who heads a team of technicians.

The team flew to our offices to examine the current set up, and operations for the office. Then the new set up was planned for the server build. The needs of the business where discussed, and a plan was proposed.

Our issues where fixed.

Any issues we had where purely on the supply side. This was in the pandemic and computer chips/production were in short supply. Otherwise they had the task completed pretty much on time.

The customer service is great. Andromeda Technology Solutions listens to the needs of the client and assists. There's no pressure or operational changes against our wishes. Our previous company moved us in a direction that wasn't working for our operations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Andromeda Technology Solutions could have done differently?

Support wait times aren't brilliant. That's my only complaint.

I liked very much the comprehensive array of platforms and software for designing, drawing and presenting the project, with very specific tools which made easy to understand and manage any item that came up through the duration of the project. Not to mention the great advantage of being ProWatch and now Genetec "authorized partners".
