It’s still too early to have measurable results regarding the impact of the project, but I can highlight that Ander met all the deadlines outlined in the proposal, as well as the detailed scope, offering complete transparency throughout the entire process. The outcome exceeded the company’s expectations, which is why I consider the project a success.

Their work required very little iteration, as they fully understood everything we communicated, exceeding our expectations. Werba needed a new website and a brandbook. This included a new logo, new color pallet, typography, graphic system and multiple aplications. Some of this brand aplications were: social media templates, billboards, flags, truck desings, posters, personal business cards, merchandizing (notepads, clothes, keychains, tape). We also asked for calendar designs (which we print out and give out to our clientes at the new year), business conference roll ups and stands, business presentations, budget presentations.

After incorporating our feedback and making necessary adjustments to the wireframes, Ander began designing the website.

Throughout the design process, they offered various design options, and we collaborated to decide on the best direction. This phase involved extensive feedback, refinements, and iterations, including input from our internal designer to ensure the website accurately represented our identity.

We hired Ander Agency for a complete redesign of WeCode's website. Initially, the goal was to update our online presence and better communicate our value proposition, but Ander's expertise took the project even further. We expanded our branding system thanks to their suggestions for new attributes and elements; together, we rethought how to organize and present our services to clients, and ultimately, we created a site that greatly prioritizes and enhances user actions and conversions. 
The project roadmap included a thorough analysis of the brand, featuring great exercises that helped us define our needs. This was followed by a design exploration stage, where the agency proposed innovative and attractive directions for the site. The final phase was development and adjustments, which was both agile and effective. Indeed, the entire process was completed within the promised timeframes, and to this day, we rely on Ander for post-launch support inquiries that may arise.
