The website is also new, lays down a homogenous theme with continuity across all pages. Thus, the informational content is interwoven throughout the entire journey of a client. It will leave a positive first impression because it is assumed it will increase the organization’s revenue.

Thus, Anaxis Tech works friendly with friendly and professionally so as to offer a proper communication as well as a proper organizational system.

The design of the sites was coordinated by a Project Manager, an Account Manager having primary responsibility for understanding our business. Once the design was approved, a Client Success Manager was in charge of site build and testing processes. A Client Support Specialist was engaged to manage messages and assure that activities had been accomplished each day during the project.

Currently, the renovation team is to work on the project management tools for Zillow such as web application, mobile application along with back-end tools that are to be synchronised with different platforms. All these tools’ primary application is to ensure the decentralization of technology within the company as well as providing our field operators with handy tools and applications to work with.

The role of Anaxis Tech as a partner dramatically increased our rate of development. Leveraging our own in-house talent, their developers took onboard efficiently, became engrossed with our team units, and produced very high quality work across the spectrum of projects that we initiated and pursued. This helped us achieve vital objectives in the short run

Initially, there was a constant use of Slack or email communication daily with documentation in Confluence and occasional video_calls when dealing with time zone differences. For tracking of the tasks that were to be done and for the version controlling of the project we used Jira and GitLab respectively. Some of the activities done were through widely used applications such as BlueJeans and Zoom to keep the flow of activities in meetings.

Anaxis Tech aligns with many of our values, especially the value that focuses on customer satisfaction and employees. This alignment is evident in the quality, professional demeanour and work ethic. Proactively, both the participants and their recruiting and project coordination teams addressed such concerns and eliminated blockers as they emerged, thus enabling constant enhancement of the work process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AnaxisTech could have done differently?

Anaxis Tech has been fairly good in standardizing procedures for retention policies, feedback mechanisms and transparency when recruiting talent. Yet, the additional advancements regarding these aspects can be made in order to increase the visibility of development and operations for each party.

Our website redesign and prototyping project's scope of work encompassed a design process, a discovery phase, and final deliverables. Addressing current site issues, establishing the short- and long-term product vision, and doing primary and secondary research to inform the strategy were the objectives of the discovery phase. In order to develop a well-informed strategy for the design sprint, Anaxis Tech examined research and design materials.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Both internal teams and customers had great things to say about our site's makeover. Improved navigation and simplicity of locating desired material were reported by users. Every modification was supported by study and data, which is consistent with our company's data-driven philosophy.

Important outcomes include:

6% higher website engagement for the same time period in 2021 (47.81% vs. 45.11%)
a 25% increase in total page views (135k as opposed to 108k).
a 5% increase in overall consumers (46k compared to 44k).
Page visits for our seismic section increased by 405% over the prior time frame.
Significant gains in readership were also observed for division-specific pages like wind, seismic, and well data, which are usually dominated by corporate-related information.

It's challenging to identify places for improvement when I think back on our collaboration. The staff constantly met deadlines, communicated well, and went above and above. Our decision to collaborate with Anaxis Tech was confirmed by their abilities to manage the project efficiently and produce outstanding outcomes.

Anaxis Tech was hired to design and develop a new website for our company, but the process was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was inconsistent, deadlines were repeatedly missed, and the final product lacked both the functionality and visual appeal we were promised. The overall execution felt rushed and unpolished.

Unfortunately, the results were disappointing. The website launched late, with numerous bugs and design inconsistencies. Even after multiple revisions, the site still didn’t align with our brand vision or meet the basic usability requirements we expected.

Project management was disorganized, and we constantly had to follow up to get any updates. Our feedback was often ignored or misinterpreted, and deadlines were regularly pushed back without clear explanations. Overall, their lack of responsiveness made the entire process frustrating.

Unfortunately, there wasn’t much that stood out in a positive way. If anything, we were surprised at how disconnected their work was from their initial promises during the sales process.

There are several areas for improvement, including clearer communication, better adherence to deadlines, more attention to client feedback, and a much stronger focus on quality control. Based on our experience, we would not recommend AnaxisTech.

We told them to make some kind of marketplace app. Had to connect homeowners with service people. Stuff like cleaning, maintenance, blah blah. Added buttons for booking and payments. Oh, and some review system, I guess.

App didn't totally crash, so that’s a win. People used it, I think. Booking got a little faster. Fewer complaints (probably because people gave up reporting issues). Some users stuck around.

Things kind of showed up on time. They responded when we poked them and stayed within budget.

As part of the project, the companies to turn to were researched and the key successes and failures of competitors were determined. Anaxis Tech had the responsibility of creating an onboarding from this research while still refining them for functional measures and development constraints. The last step was focused on creating the screens mock-ups with the intent to show to internal users and to act as a guidelines for implementation to developers.

Currently, the specific onboarding designs are still being developed; however, internal stakeholders are satisfied with the current state of affairs and the further shifts. This has show cased professionalism and a quick response to the feedback by Anaxis Tech.

Allie and Kateryna from Anaxis Tech were very professional and productive providing the work in less time than I estimated.

I was especially pleased that the specification was shared publicly because the end client worked with Anaxis Tech on several UI and UX projects. We were always impressed by one thing or the other about them, especially their ability to be considerate while integrating designs with other frameworks of our mobile application.

Starting with the discovery to set the project foundation, the engagement was then initiated. After this, we worked in conjunction with Anaxis Tech to determine the final look of the application and the development of the design. They are also involved in the full lifecycle development and ensure that our backend works perfectly with the website and other tools such as Stripe and Google. The main technologies used are Laravel and HTML. Currently, the solution is being tested while future maintenance will be provided by Anaxis Tech.

Anaxis Tech has always provided good quality solutions while being within the prescribed financial plan. I must admit that the project carries high level of difficulty but they are professionals and have applied themselves to meeting our needs.

This website was created by AnaxisTech and he did a very good job in implementing two excellent applications plus the admin panel. They've done a very good job of completely supporting our objectives to make the overall project a success.

The project manager was outstanding with it. He was fully dedicated to the project in question. The author also remains with us to provide support as we continue modifying and updating the apps in small ways. Little issue has occurred in the communication or interaction with the team; they are always on standby.
