We brought Analytico into a very complex tracking and attribution environment involving REX bookings, custom booking flows, GA4, server-side GTM, Meta CAPI, and multiple disconnected systems that historically made accurate measurement extremely difficult. Their team did an excellent job navigating the technical complexity and systematically stabilizing our data infrastructure. One of the biggest wins was getting purchase tracking and attribution aligned much more closely with actual revenue. Prior to working with them, there were major gaps and inconsistencies across platforms. They were able to troubleshoot difficult implementation issues, work through custom integrations, and create a much more reliable measurement framework that we can actually trust for decision-making. What stood out most was their technical problem-solving ability and persistence. This was not a plug-and-play setup, and there were many moving pieces, edge cases, and debugging challenges throughout the process. Their team stayed engaged, communicative, and solutions-oriented the entire time. Overall, it has been a very positive experience working together, and I would absolutely recommend Analytico to companies dealing with advanced tracking, attribution, server-side tagging, or complex marketing analytics implementations.

• A series of online and live analytics training sessions delivered organization-wide, with time for Q&A and discussion. The delivery of these courses included helpful training materials, resources and recorded sessions for team members to access beyond the live training, and instructors were also very helpful in answering questions via email. Overall, the project provided the organization with analytics best practices, helping us troubleshoot problems and meet security and privacy considerations.

They were able to provide us some key recommendations based on our existing data. This was very helpful. Post audit, they created a measurement framework for us and provided clear instructions to our development tram for implementation.

After the project was over, we retained them for providing us ongoing insights and keeping us on track. Their breath of knowledge across different of digital strategy and analytics has proven to be very helpful for our team.

I am the co-founder and head of marketing and technology at YourDoctors.online, a website that allows customers to chat online with doctors.

What challenge were you trying to address with Analytico?

Our main mode of customer acquisition is through organic search, but we were having a hard time cracking customer acquisition and raising our Google search ranking so we needed outside help.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Analytico devised an SEO strategy for our team. First, they looked at the overall competitive landscape and figured out how best to tackle it. They helped us find the area in which we would have the most opportunities for success. Their team found the best keywords for us to rank with based on our current position and brand awareness.

After this strategy phase, they implemented our SEO campaign. The Analytico team researched the content of our home page to make sure we were targeting our main customer market with relevant keywords. Then, they build a content calendar so that we could create new content and optimize existing content.

Their team transitioned into a paid advertising role for us. Analytico continues to create our social media content and manage our channels to increase our brand awareness.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Before working with Analytico, we ranked on the second page of Google search results. Thanks to their work, we climbed up to the first page. 

Analytico makes sure to always keep us on course. They always explain the merits of their strategy so if there is a change of direction, we understand why. Their team does testing and shows us how we got where we are. 

How did Analytico perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management has been on point. We communicate back and forth through Slack and set up meetings via Google Meet. All of our documents and Excel sheets exist in Google Suite.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best thing about Analytico is their experience and knowledge. They always help us focus and point us towards that North Star. Our teams have been aligned from the start, and they work to keep us on track.

No, I think they’re great.

It’s important to have a really good team already set up so you can hit the ground running. Having your team align with their as quickly as possible on what direction you’re going to go makes everything work better. It’s a lot more effective to have everyone on the same team and makes it easier to execute.
