They did NOT increase sales or profitability and their PPC campaigns were so bad, we lost all of our Ratings with Amazon and our sales Plummeted over 70% under this business' management. THEN, after we terminated them and requested the GUARANTEED refund, they ignored us and STILL, months later, have refused to refund our money.

They could not LIE to potential customers or promise things they CANNOT deliver. They can also HONOR their MONEY BACK GUARANTEE when they do not deliver what they promised. They also need to learn HOW TO MANAGE AMAZON PPC so they do not cost their customers sales and profit. They do NOT know Amazon businesses because they advised us to STOP SENDING FBA INVENTORY, which TANKED our sales immediately and LOST us our ratings!
